Ascott Hotels in Guangzhou

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. What made it even better was the outstanding service at the front desk. The staff RACHEL OPHELIA were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

We have a very good stay in Ascott IFC. Its in the center location near by Huacheng square, just a few walk to the big square where you can enjoy the view of Canton tower. Nearby is big restaurant mall called Mall of the world. However if you go metro its little hard to find the location. The hotel room is very spacious for a family, the room was clean, full of ammenties, indoor swimming pool and the breakfast was nice. We stayed for 2 nights, they changed the breakfast everyday. No difficulties for the language. cause staffs can speak english. They provide very good cake for my wife birthday. The hotel service was excellent. I wanna give 9.5 ratings only due to metro distance. I would recommend this hotel. Hope to stay again in this hotel, if I come back to Guangzhou again.

My stay at the Ascott Serviced Residences Canton Tower in Guangzhou this time really impressed me with its incredible views! The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room served as a natural frame. By day, the Canton Tower gracefully stretched beneath blue skies and white clouds, and it was even more stunning at night when its lights twinkled. You could effortlessly capture magnificent cityscape night shots, which truly won me over. The apartment itself is perfect for extended stays, with spacious rooms and fully equipped home amenities like a kitchen and washing machine. It truly felt like having a temporary home in Guangzhou. The location is also super convenient, being close to the metro station with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Service was also quite thoughtful; any requests were promptly addressed. If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be that the breakfast variety wasn't particularly extensive. While basic Chinese and Western options were available, those looking for more choices might find it a bit lacking. However, this minor point was completely overshadowed by the stunning Canton Tower views and the convenient living experience. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

This Ascott is an old favorite of mine. It boasts a superb location and consistently excellent service. It's always a pleasure to be greeted by familiar faces among the front desk and security staff. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, and the rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen, washer, and dryer. Several shopping malls offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment are just a short walk away, and the subway station is only two minutes on foot. I'll definitely be back!
