The room has some weird smells in the beginning. However, everything is gone after the exhaust fire is on. Great to have a supermarket nearby.

This relaxation hotel is a 15min walk from Gotemba Station. You can see the view of Mt Fuji from their observation deck. The room is spacious, and has all the amenities. They also have a public bath perfect for the winter. They serve soba every night, and breakfast is also good. Overall, very nice stay!

Our first hotel during our Japan trip, walking distance to the restaurants and malls.

Glad to stay here. Definitely recommend for those who are driving and planning to stay at Gotemba area. Hotel is relatively new, room was big, the double bed is bigger, not the semi-double beds in most Japan hotels so is comfortable for two. Was surprised by what we get....there is cold udon dinner! Ice cream, coffee and Fuji mineral water are available at the reception. Breakfast buffet spread had Japanese breakfast choices, bread, coffee, juice and cereal. Hot bath is small, is good enough for us to relax after a day of traveling. Service was superb! All of them are so welcoming. On a clear day, we can see Mount Fuji on 4th level. View is blocked by some cables though. Overall, a good stay as we get to enjoy the evening with dinner, Onsen, ice cream, and a good night rest.

Just across the street to daiso, uniqlo and Max Value. Very simple breakfast and may not suitable for senior and young.

This hotel I stayed twice . The service and facilities are good with this price. Food and snacks provided in a specified time of the hotel. The hotel staff is willing to answer our questions. Only I suggest they can provide a simple map in the hotel to show guests food and things to do around here. For example, such as opposite us shopping mall, Dong mae station to outlet, and to the famous parks, etc. After all, I would really like to thank the lady duty on 19/3/2025, she helped us a lot on baggage drop in, answer a lot of questions and mail cutter borrowing, etc. although she is not speaking fluent English, you can feel her passion on her job to resolve clients problem. She even let me gave hotel umbrella as she expected I will go out in rainy day which I did not request for.

Hotel is new and clean with English speaking staff, nice Mt Fuji view on the roof! Only downside was breakfast only provide from 6:30-9:00, last call was just on 8:45, and food choices was little, could be better if the open time is longer and more choices of food!

Room was dusty . Excellent service by staff. 10 AM morning checkout was unreasonable by hotel.

It’s far off from everything else. If not for me having a car I won’t have chosen this hotel. However the hotel has a hot spring within its compound so it’s a plus for those who are keen to use it.
