The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

Great service from the receptionist Edip, very welcoming young man! Very warm and considerate reception. Made me feel at home. The hotel was clean and the kittens and puppies were adorable.

The hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons. The room is beautiful and very well decorated. The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company. Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it. The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!! There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music). Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!

OVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room. I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise. They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair. AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional. LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.

I book this hotel after one week of thinking haha I really want a hotel with the best balloon view. Best decision ever! Since I arrived at night, I couldn’t really see anything when I went out around 11pm. But the morning came and damn I realized everything was near! The town itself is very close literally 5mins away ahaha. Receptionists especially was very nice huhu I really thanked them from the bottom of my heart especially the one who helped me checked in because initially a different room was given but I talked to him and although it was midnight, he promptly gave me the original room I booked. He said there might be some misunderstandings with the Trip.com but no problems with me at all because he solved it straight away. The room was big for me and the jacuzzi was the best hehe the food was okay. I am a picky eater but glad they have lots of varieties. Will definitely book this hotel again. The guy receptionist welcomed me even when i arrived late at night. The check in was quick, he gave me a hot coffee and carried my bag to my room which I really appreciated. They asked if I needed help with arranging activities or transfers for the duration i was there. The room was spacious and breakfast was great. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Peace stone house. Thank you to all the staff there for warm welcome and kindness. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, all man in the counter are handsome. One of the man i don't know his name, he help me in the morning to carrying my 4 big luggage was like Mr. Hulk. Haha he can bring the heavy luggage just like he bring the plastic beg. So amazing & handsome man. Hehe. Breakfast was nice start at 8 am till 10.00 am, but first day we was breakfast until 9.30am the kitchen staff already keep all the food, then the next day we inform the reception staff about that, the staff say sorry & will ask the kitchen. Overall i'm satisfied stay here. Sure will repeat again next time to see handsome men here.

Just book it already!! Location- Great location that is close to everything and has a beautiful view from the terrace! Breakfast- Breakfast has a decent amount of options and is delicious with convenient times. Cleanliness- The room was squeaky clean with beautiful decoration and everything you might need. The ventilation and lightning is great! Value- The hotel is great value for money considering all the amenities and great service! Service- THE BEST! All the staff is so welcoming, friendly and willing to assist with anything! They arranged our transport from the airport and we booked multiple activities such as hot air balloon (at a FANTASTIC price), ATV tour, a camel tour and a scooter! I can highly recommend this hotel as it surpassed all our expectations and I am so glad I ended up booking Harman Cave hotel from all the options available. Thank you for our wonderful stay and the first time experience that was out of this world!!

This is the best accommodation that is more than worth the price. The owner speaks English quite well, so there is no problem in communication, and he is very kind. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and when I checked in, he helped me check in about 3 hours early, and I was able to leave my luggage until the evening of the same day after checking out. He also allowed me to use the terrace of the accommodation freely. Thanks to this, I was able to tour and travel leisurely until the night bus time. It seemed like the owner's mother personally made breakfast. I was able to enjoy a delicious Turkish breakfast. The location is right in front of the bus terminal, so it is very convenient to move around. The condition of the accommodation was also good. I really recommend this accommodation.
