Guest UserI had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it.
My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable.
Thank you very much, I will come back!

The room was warm as if it had floor heating; it was very cozy as soon as I walked in. My room was on the first floor, the closest to the front desk, and it was quite comfortable. The breakfast, however, was very ordinary, with limited options and almost everything was cold. But that's normal. Foreign tastes won't match ours, which is understandable. I just stuck to eating fries; those were to my taste. As for the service, it was normally good. They extended my check-out by an hour and allowed luggage storage. I booked the airport shuttle through the hotel for 500 Lira. I didn't find any issues with the cleanliness. All in all, it's still worth staying here! You won't feel like you've made a bad choice or had a terrible experience. The bus station to the town is super close, and you can take the bus to explore the surrounding areas. But to be honest, besides hot air ballooning, there's really nothing much to do in this town. The nearby attractions are all quite boring, the kind where I'd take a quick look and want to leave. One night here is enough. The most important thing is the hot air balloon.

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. Staying in a genuine cave room was such a unique and memorable experience, and the room was comfortable, clean, and full of character.
The host was exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The team also assisted us with booking our hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, making our Cappadocia trip completely stress-free.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme and enjoying the beautiful views.
Thank you for making our stay so special. We highly recommend Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia and would happily stay here again! 😊

wt.cWe absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

KaarthikaI rarely write reviews, but I believe this hotel truly deserves recognition for its outstanding service. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and the experience left a lasting impression on me. In fact, the exceptional hospitality I received here has greatly shaped my perception of Turkey, especially Cappadocia. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front office staff, Mr. Ali. As my bus from Istanbul arrived earlier than the check-in time, he kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey.
Throughout my stay, Mr. Ali went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. On the day of my departure, while I was waiting for my overnight bus, I rested in the hotel lobby. Mr. Ali thoughtfully kept the front office area warm and even provided me with a blanket to ensure I stayed comfortable. What impressed me most was how personalised the service felt. Rather than simply treating me as a guest, the staff genuinely cared about my well-being and comfort. Such kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality are rare to find and made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Thank you, Mr. Ali and the team, for making my stay such a wonderful experience.

waynexuConsidering it is a 3-star property, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. I requested for a cave room with a window, which was definitely the right choice—it made the space feel much fresher and ensured great ventilation, so it didn't feel damp or stuffy at all. The layout and style were truly unique and interesting. Also, the croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious!
However, the facilities are quite dated. The biggest issue was the water supply: it was very difficult to adjust the temperature for both the taps and the shower. The hot water was inconsistent, and we often had to wait for a very long time before it finally heated up enough to use comfortably.
On the service side, the regular staff members were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and always polite. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the manager. During our stay, we had an issue with our luggage and asked the hotel for assistance. Instead of helping or showing any willingness to resolve the problem, the manager was uncooperative and rude. He provided misleading information and told us to call the police but threatened us that if is not the hotel's fault, he will sue us instead, what's worse is that he threatened we would not be able to leave Cappadocia due to the investigation. This was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable behavior for someone in a management position.
In short, the room and location are okay for the price, but be prepared for inconsistent hot water and, more worryingly, very poor and threatening behavior from the male manager if you ever need help.

Facilities: The bathtub in the room is superb, not only big but also with massage function. It is very cool to take a bath after playing around the town.
Hygienic: OK, after all, it is a stone house, you can't ask for too much
Environment: It is very close to the love garden of watching the hot air balloon. It can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. It is also within walking distance to the most central and observation deck of the town.
Service: You can book the car to Kaisai Airport directly through the hotel. The price is relatively affordable on time. The staff service is very warm and the English is very smooth. If the breakfast is late, there is really nothing to eat.

Roman TregubI really liked this hotel; the cave hotel concept is perfectly executed. The location is excellent, the room has all the necessary amenities, and the rooftop offers a great view for watching the balloons at sunrise. Breakfast is a standard buffet: vegetables, eggs, sausages, and a large variety of sweets and fruits. The only downside is the lack of windows, which causes a slight, but not critical, musty smell. The staff's service was outstanding – we had a plumbing issue which was resolved within an hour, and afterwards, they brought a fruit platter to our room as an apology. They also provided wine glasses for us to use outside the hotel in the evening, as per our request. Even though there were many guests during our stay, we didn't hear any noise in our room. Overall, for its price, the hotel fully delivers on quality and service.

2. **Environment**: 1) The hotel's location is excellent; all the main areas of town are within a 5-10 minute walk. 2) The hotel has a small courtyard where you can relax in the sun on nice days. 3) Further up from the rooms, there's a pool, a simple observation deck, and more. The hotel's overall scale feels very comfortable.
3. **Service**: 1) The owner at the front desk was very friendly and humorous, and spoke fluent English, making communication easy. 2) The two complimentary bottles of water in the room felt a bit scarce, especially since the heating made the room dry and required frequent hydration. When we asked the owner for more, they readily provided them. It would be even better if more bottles were provided by default.
4. **Facilities**: 1) The room, especially the bathroom, was very spacious, and with two large windows, it had excellent natural light. 2) The 'Sehzade' room type comes with a bathtub, and the bathroom also features a stone platform for a Turkish bath, though I didn't try it. 3) The room also has a small balcony, which was perfect for sitting with friends, soaking up the sun, and chatting.
Overall, the experience was well worth the price, perhaps even exceeding expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit if there aren't other particularly unique hotels I want to try.

We stayed here 3 nights. December.
Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room.
When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks.
My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company.
Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance.
Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around.
Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.
