"It was great, reasonably priced, and clean. Most importantly, the owner and staff were very welcoming. I asked the owner many questions, and he answered them all. The guesthouse has about four or five rooms. The owner is there during the day, and the staff works the night shift. While I was waiting for my bus, he even poured me a cup of Turkish tea."

Outstanding
DDauzOnlystayed here for 2 days and 1 night with my family, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. The level of hospitality we received was exceptional and genuinely deserves the highest praise. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and gracious, kindly allowing us an early check-in at 12:00 PM, which we deeply appreciated as we arrived earlier than expected. Their thoughtfulness immediately set the tone for a seamless and pleasant stay. Breakfast was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Special thanks to the chef, Maryam, whose kindness and gentle nature made the dining experience even more delightful. Her warmth, dedication, and personal touch were truly unforgettable. The room was beautifully appointed with coffee and tea-making facilities, along with complimentary beverages such as mineral and sparkling water 🥤—a refined detail that elevated the overall experience. Without question, this is one of the finest places to stay in Cappadocia. It is especially ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet retreat—no children, no noise, just tranquility and breathtaking views. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. This hotel is truly a must-stay when visiting Cappadocia.

AAleenaMK10/10 This cave hotel is a hidden gem in Goreme and one of the newest cave hotels. We had booked the Superior Cave Queen Room with jacuzzi that was very clean, and easily fit 3 of us.! It was such a lovely experience in the cave and has to be one of my favourite places that l have ever stayed. We had breakfast included which had a spectacular view of Gerome as well as the hot air balloons. The lovely girls at breakfast were very kind and always cooked us lovely eggs in the morning. Perfect location which was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Our favourite place was Quick China which was a short walk. There were stunning carpet shops and we ended up buying a pretty carpet from Dowry Carpets. The staff have a lot of experience and knowledge of the area and have a variety of tours and experiences to explore. We booked the hot air balloon with the hotel which I would recommend to all. It was an unforgettable experience and was our highlight of the trip. Truly magical! Finally I would like to extend a huge thank you to the amazing staff - Mehmet, Mehmet (Junior), Mehdi and Noor. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. They always ensured we were comfortable and messaged throughout the day to see if we needed anything. Mehmet made a huge effort for my sister's birthday and it was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend this cave hotel to whoever wants to have a memorable experience in Cappadocia. Oh and the most cutest cat of Hira Hotel - Duman. We miss him!

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Perched at the highest point of the village, it offers absolutely stunning views from its observation deck. The reception staff were incredibly warm and attentive; upon arrival, they professionally introduced us to all the hotel's facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade and the fantastic farm-to-table breakfast experience. The scenic drive to the valley for breakfast, and the breakfast itself, were both incredible. Our guide, Shamas, was wonderful – she provided excellent commentary throughout our activities and was fantastic at taking photos. Although the price was certainly on the higher side, the experience for over 2000 RMB was absolutely phenomenal and made it completely worth every penny.

GGuest UserMy stay at Şah Saray Cave Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service, cleanliness, and genuine warmth of the people made this experience incredibly special. I want to give a special shout-out to the restaurant manager (I wish I remembered his name) — he was absolutely fantastic. Attentive, kind, and truly passionate about making guests feel welcome. Truly the man of the hour. He was there throughout the day. I even asked him for an ice cream late at night one day and he gave me more than I can ask for. Sadly he was not there on my last day to bid farewell, but I will remember him. Truly a legend. Also The breakfast here was truly amazing, never in my life experience. truly blessed. The hotel manager was equally wonderful too, I appreciate his gestures and presence on most days thank you 😇 What stood out most was how the staff made me feel — I didn’t feel like a guest, I felt like I belonged. That sense of comfort, care, and home is rare, and it’s something I will always remember. This has genuinely been one of the best experiences of my life, and I will most definitely return. Thank you to the incredible team for making my time in Cappadocia so meaningful. Mashallah 🧿

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. The room and toilet are large and warm all the time. The services not good. I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

GGuest UserWe traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

FFitria RusmaPositives: reasonable price compared to others in the area, spacious and beautifully furnished rooms, good breakfast, central location surrounded by local supermarket, restaurants, bus/taxi stop, ATM; friendly and helpful staff (especially the male one), abundant room amenities, very nice view from the terrace Negatives: breakfast starts late, the mattress of the single bed in family room is too hard, the bathroom door is difficult to close and open, some of the electronic devices not working. Highlight: the male staff assisted us very well. Our clothes got wet because of the heavy rain, so we need to laundry and dry our clothes. He helped finding us a one-day laundry service because i had to leave the next day. rooms. GGuest UserOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives, etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable. The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me. Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback. Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

LLay Har YeoWe really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻 Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all. Thank you again to the team at Arinna Cappadocia for taking such good care of two Singaporeans far from home! 💖
