Spa Hotels in Goreme

This is the best hotel in Cappadocia!!! The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We are very happy to chat with them. We can see many hot balloons around the hotels every morning. Really beautiful! This is our honeymoon trip. There were beautiful decorations when we arrived at the room. The room is very comfortable! On the last day, we need to go to the airport at 6:30 a.m. The staff gave us a bag that had breakfast Toast, Fruit, Tea, and a bottle of water. It was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel service is excellent! It made us a happy memory in Cappadocia!

We spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests! Breakfast is worth a special delight! Abundance of everything! and also with this view I recommend this hotel not only because of the view, but also the excellent attitude towards guests

The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

Just finished staying at this hotel, it was great! The staff's service was really great! The staff especially mentioned AYŞE who will take you through the hotel's facilities and help you deliver your luggage to the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the scenery of the hotel was very charming, both the scenery outside the window and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. Whether you are here to relax and vacation or travel for work, this is a highly recommended choice! Looking forward to coming again next time!

The hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons. The room is beautiful and very well decorated. The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company. Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it. The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!! There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music). Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!

The details are in place in every location. I like the oil paintings everywhere in the hotel the most! The breakfast is OK but it may not suit the appetite of Chinese people. It is very close to the location of the hot air balloon. You can be the last one to pick up, but the first one to arrive, which saves time.

Watching hot air balloons is the best option here! However, if you don’t rent transportation, you have to walk a short 5-minute walk to the city; overall, the reception staff are also very friendly.

I book this hotel after one week of thinking haha I really want a hotel with the best balloon view. Best decision ever! Since I arrived at night, I couldn’t really see anything when I went out around 11pm. But the morning came and damn I realized everything was near! The town itself is very close literally 5mins away ahaha. Receptionists especially was very nice huhu I really thanked them from the bottom of my heart especially the one who helped me checked in because initially a different room was given but I talked to him and although it was midnight, he promptly gave me the original room I booked. He said there might be some misunderstandings with the Trip.com but no problems with me at all because he solved it straight away. The room was big for me and the jacuzzi was the best hehe the food was okay. I am a picky eater but glad they have lots of varieties. Will definitely book this hotel again.
