The staff was super friendly and supportive.
We arrived in Cappadocia at 10am, we didn't have anything planned. They helped us book everything including a tour for the same day!!!
The breakfast was superb, there was a huge array of food - all fresh and of great quality.
And our room was a dream, I felt like a sultana myself hahaha and the views were the best

I stayed in both room types. This particular one was a cave room, and while the price was low, there's definitely a reason for that. The room's interior is made of stone, which means it's poorly ventilated. You have to use the exhaust fan, which produces a bit of noise. What was truly unbearable was the intense itchiness I felt when sleeping in the bed. All my exposed skin – my arms, neck, and even my hair – was itching terribly. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I reported it to the hotel staff, and they suggested it might be due to dampness/humidity. It's genuinely the first time I've ever experienced such itchiness in a hotel, and it certainly left a lasting impression.
If you have the option, definitely choose another room type; the others are much better. I strongly advise against booking this 'specialty' or cave room.
Overall, the hotel is quite good. You can see hot air balloons from the spacious rooftop terrace. Just be very careful when selecting your room type!

NNg Inn BeoWe stayed four nights, two nights booked under Trip.com and two nights under Agoda.
The environment is beautiful, with plants, green grass and flowers.
This hotel is located in the town center, it is a 15 minute walk to the Sunrise watching hill, it is just a 100 meter walk to the Goreme Otogar, etc .
There are a lot of restaurants, coffee houses, gift shops , grocery shops, and travel agencies.
The room is clean, beds are comfy, fittings are good and convenient. The bathroom is spacious, the supply of hot and cold water is stable.
A delicious breakfast is provided with fried egg, fresh green salad, fruits, crispy bread, fruit juice, etc. The restaurant is neat and tidy, the staff are dedicated to serving customers for breakfast.
After check out, the owner keeps our luggage and allows us to take a bath after we return from our trip and drive us to Goreme Otogar to catch our bus in the evening.

GGuest UserThe room was very satisfying, with underfloor heating that kept it warm no matter how cold it was outside. It was genuinely carved out of a cave, not a later construction.
The hotel itself is quite large, especially since it has its own restaurant. The food was very much to Chinese taste; it was the best chicken and beef rice I had in Turkey.
The only minor issue is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. I asked the staff for two bottles, and they charged me for them upon checkout. I'm okay with paying, but I'm not okay with them not mentioning it at the time and only bringing it up during checkout. Plus, I think providing daily drinking water for guests is something a hotel should do. I'd still rate it a 9.5; overall, I'm quite happy with my stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby felt like a cave. When checking in, you could ask the front desk about the hot air balloon launch status for the next day.
The terrace has a great location and offers an excellent view for watching the hot air balloons. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. Being right in Göreme town, it's very convenient to get around.

The area is a quiet location so I would encourage other tourists to keep their volume down. When I was there, a group of tourists from one particular Asia country was talking very loudly, disturbing the tranquility and peace. It was a different group of people for the 3 days that I was there but all from same country.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

GGuest UserWe had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing.
It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

--Ludivine-1. The hotel put us in a room on the ground floor, directly opposite the staff lounge and next to the sauna. It was incredibly hot; even without the AC on at night, it was unbearable. The hotel's AC doesn't allow for temperature adjustment. Plus, the bathroom light was so dim you could barely see anything.
2. When we checked in, I informed the front desk (a very kind lady) that we needed to check out at 7 AM the next day for our flight and asked if breakfast was available. The hotel said they would prepare a 'to-go box' for us. However, when we checked out the next morning, a different staff member (a young man) was at the front desk. His attitude was terrible; he claimed he hadn't received any message, knew nothing about a 'to-go box,' and told us to go eat at the restaurant instead. We went up to the restaurant, only to find it closed. His attitude was truly awful (it felt discriminatory).
3. This same front desk staff member was extremely, extremely, extremely reluctant to help with our luggage.
PS: This hotel is very photogenic, and it's worth staying for those who are 'hot air balloon refugees.'
