"First of all, the location is great. It is in Goreme, although a few minutes walk to the centre, so that means you wont be disturbed by the noise at night.
The receptionists were helpful, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and cozy and same as described in photos. We had an amazing stay, we felt right at home. We also had very good sleeps here. The heater worked amazing, we didn’t feel cold at all although it was snowing heavily outside.
Will definitely come back again in the future."

I stayed in both room types. This particular one was a cave room, and while the price was low, there's definitely a reason for that. The room's interior is made of stone, which means it's poorly ventilated. You have to use the exhaust fan, which produces a bit of noise. What was truly unbearable was the intense itchiness I felt when sleeping in the bed. All my exposed skin – my arms, neck, and even my hair – was itching terribly. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I reported it to the hotel staff, and they suggested it might be due to dampness/humidity. It's genuinely the first time I've ever experienced such itchiness in a hotel, and it certainly left a lasting impression.
If you have the option, definitely choose another room type; the others are much better. I strongly advise against booking this 'specialty' or cave room.
Overall, the hotel is quite good. You can see hot air balloons from the spacious rooftop terrace. Just be very careful when selecting your room type!

GGuest UserAn incredibly satisfying experience! We arrived in Göreme in the morning, battling the wind and snow with our luggage to find the hotel. The staff member was so nice; he let us drop off our bags and warm up, and even invited us to have a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. They let us check in around 10 AM once the room was ready, which was just so thoughtful. The room itself was great too, with comfortable floor heating, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I'd lost my last travel adapter on the way, and the same staff member even helped me find a spare – highly recommend this place! 🌹

BB forThe staff are all nice and greet with sincerety. The male stuff helped us check in and explained about the hotel and the offered us car rental and tour services. The price for car rental is slight more expensive than others in the area but since the rental company will deliver and pick up the car at the hotel we opt for the convenience and rented via the hotel. Our room got upgraded and it was nice a spacious. Living in a cave is a good experience for sure. The room is warmer than I expected. There's only one air con in the living room and hence while sleeping have to open some windows to let the wind comes in. Outside was actually colder than inside. The amenities are quite sufficient. The hotel has spots for nice photos of the hot air balloon in the morning but you really need to wake up almost as early as going to take the hot air balloon since there will be other people there and they sure will hog it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying here.

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Perched at the highest point of the village, it offers absolutely stunning views from its observation deck. The reception staff were incredibly warm and attentive; upon arrival, they professionally introduced us to all the hotel's facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade and the fantastic farm-to-table breakfast experience. The scenic drive to the valley for breakfast, and the breakfast itself, were both incredible. Our guide, Shamas, was wonderful – she provided excellent commentary throughout our activities and was fantastic at taking photos. Although the price was certainly on the higher side, the experience for over 2000 RMB was absolutely phenomenal and made it completely worth every penny.

We booked a mixed-use day tour through the owner, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was good. The owner and staff were also very nice.

11601****The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. The hotel service was excellent, and the whole place is decorated with great style. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. My only regret is not bringing a swimsuit to enjoy the pool!

I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location.
