The rooms were great but the toilet smells awful they just had to put a cover to the drain or have an exhaust fan or something to get rid of the smell but they just said all the cave rooms smells like this but other than that everything was good and ali was helpful in boooing tours and ballons

The room, bathroom is clean and smells fresh. It has windows so the fresh air came in ❤️ Breakfast is various, most important it’s delicious! Madam and her kids cooked it herself 🥰 feels like home The location is near to everywhere, to supermarket and cafes and to balloon ride places. The hotel itself has open rooftop which we can see the hot air balloon every morning, beautiful! I’m really impressed with the staff/owner, they’re really polite and kind to us foreigners 🥰 Thank you for your service. Hope we can back to your hotel someday ❤️

Nice place with great decorations for tourist like me to get a turkish environment whenever step in this place.. Welcoming entrance with nice view at the rooftop area while having breakfast

The breakfast very good taste. But if you want go there, make sure the air balloon fligth. Don't like us today very bad day because from 3 days ago the balloon not flight.

The hotel is well located in the center of the town, but the rooms are small and old, there are few breakfast varieties, there are no supplies in the room, the air is not very ventilated, and it is not a natural cave hotel.

The environment is very good, the room is very clean and warm. The location is very convenient, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The scenery on the rooftop is very good. The boss is very nice and warm-hearted. He will take the initiative to help when you encounter problems. He will also help you sign up for tour groups and hot air balloons. The prices are also very reasonable. The boss's white cat is very cute, but it will scratch people and you can't touch it. A very good travel experience-

The rooftop restaurant has a good environment for breakfast, the service staff are warm and hospitable, and the room is not big, so it's okay to stay for 2 days.

The location of the hotel was very good and close to the center. The room was very spacious and very nice. It was clean. Although the breakfast was an open buffet, there were many varieties. Göreme Cave Roms, thank you very much.

The room is very clean, the bathroom too. Breakfast is delicious, there are choices and the reception is very helpful for the existing tours. I booked ATV, TURKISH NIGHT AND HOT BALOON and they were very helpful
