The hotel is not bad, but the room is damp, poorly ventilated, and there is a musty smell. The room also lacks light. Otherwise, it has a good location and a great breakfast.

The room is too hot it will be better to install fans in the the room.

Stayed for three nights advantage: - The price is good, compared to many cave hotels, the price is very reasonable. -Breakfast is good, the selection is acceptable, and you can see the beautiful scenery. - The staff has a good attitude and service, is willing to help, and is polite. - Only 7 minutes away from Goreme bus terminal, very convenient - The terrace has a sunny view and a rocking chair shortcoming: - WiFi is extremely poor. It is almost impossible to connect at the bedside. You have to go out of the room to connect to the network. - The toilet board cannot be opened normally. You must sit down to open the toilet board. - The iron frame that holds the lye in the bathroom is rusty, looks poor, and the cleanliness needs to be improved. - There is a storage room for cleaning supplies outside the room. Sometimes you can hear the staff talking loudly, which affects your nap.

The hotel is located at a high position. When you wake up, you can see hot air balloons all over the sky. The service of the staff is also very good and enthusiastic. Basically, they will meet all your requests. The room on the first night you booked may be relatively new and a little damp or dusty. I don’t know if it was the smell of freshly chiseled stones. For the next two nights, we were given a real stone house suite. This makes me think that booking their hotel is very worthwhile, because they just gave us 70 euros a night when there was a vacancy. The suite is quite large, and the normal price may be thousands of euros. There is also an independent terrace covered with vines. It is really comfortable to sit here when you are free. So I recommend the stone house suite when booking this hotel

The environment is very good. There is a large public rooftop where you can sit on a hanging chair and a lazy sofa. You can see hot air balloons all over the sky here, and some of them are even very close to me. At night, I face the town with the mountains behind me and enjoy the breeze. It is very comfortable to listen to the music from the restaurant next door; there is an atrium on the front desk level, where it is very relaxing and comfortable to lie down It's hygienic, the bed is comfortable, the room is ventilated, and it's very safe. The front desk is 24 hours a day. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The location is good, you don't have to climb a mountain to get there, but it's not too low, enough to see the hot air balloons. If I have the chance to come to Goreme again, I will stay here again

The room we stayed in was small, but clean and tidy. However, because of the smoking outside, the smoke came in directly, and non-smokers might feel uncomfortable. You can also see hot air balloons on the balcony. There were a lot of flies at breakfast, which was scary.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean! The location is great and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!
