Sometimes they don't understand complaints or requests. When I was sleeping, I heard an earthquake and the floor tiles broke. There is no denying that the beds are old. In some rooms, there is no hot water. The Burmese employees are not to blame. It's pointless to say that the owner can't be contacted in Bangkok.

We also contributed and bought a frying pan. The hotel has a small rooftop pool and a nice sunbathing area. The rooms are cleaned daily with a change of towels, but it's time to update the linen. The rooms require cosmetic renovation. The furniture is a bit old. The bed is large with a hard mattress, which pleased me, but the hard pillow, on the contrary, was disappointing. There are no complaints about the work of the staff. Two months before the trip I corresponded with the hotel owner, he makes contact and answers almost immediately. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times. I recommend the hotel, it justifies its price and is designed for tourists without any complaints.
