The location is in the historical center exactly, and the service is really wonderful. Although the reception is not 24-hour open, you can still contact the staff through WhatsApp and they are very nice and always ready to help you.

Its main selling point is its proximity to the center of Siena. Please be careful not to arrive late. It took me a while to find out that the bus stop for the bus to Siena center was 200m to the left, across the road, after purchasing a ticket at the Siena Station kiosk. It was a short walk from the bus stop in Siena center to the hotel.

Although it is actually a hotel, it is very nice because it is located next to Piazza del Campo in the center of Siena. I also recommend the Moutyi pizza restaurant at the entrance to the alley!

The room was small, clean and basic. The guy at the reception was very kind and above all we really appreciated the possibility of leaving our bags after check out and resting in a nice and quiet waiting room. Great stay!
