no hot water available. coming in after having driven all day and not be able to shower is ridiculous. No compensation or proper solutions offered .

Worst customer service in the restaurant for dinner. Was never quality checked, server kept messing up on our order. Food quality was gross. Room was decent but shower made a very loud squeaking noise. Got woken up at 2am by drunk loud guests in the hallway twice. Hot tub jets weren't working and the timer was broken hanging off the wall. When checking out the front desk lady never asked me about how was my stay but when she said to come back next month I told her I didnt enjoy my stay and probably won't be back, all she said was ok, never inquired on why. First and last time at this hotel. Definitely won't recommend it.

Comfortable Stay. Well placed rooms.

Staffs were very friendly. Room was fair with a bit weird smell. Shower was a bit disappointed with noisy sound and shortage of hot water for a while.

Convenient parking, the barbecue restaurant next to it is very good, and the swimming pool is clean

A good choice for a night stay

It is the most popular hotel in the small town. The conditions are good and the rooms are spacious enough. Only after staying in a Banff hotel do I know how cost-effective it is. If the budget is limited, it is strongly recommended to live here instead of banff.

The bed is too soft
