What a great hotel. The room was spotless and very well decorated with a quirky feel. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was superb. Perfect for the lone traveller who wants peace and quiet to work and no doubt for tourists too in this lovely little town.Top marks.

The room is not big, the facilities and supplies are complete, and the service is good.

Worst service hotel I have ever encountered, no room service, one person moved four pieces of luggage through the narrow stairs to the third floor, opened the door with a key, and the free water in the room (regular bottled water from the linen room) was hacked I charged 33 pounds, refused to serve meals during normal meal times, refused to admit my mistake, and was unfriendly to Chinese people. I have complained to the local government department.

I sent my children to Charterhouse Summer Camp and stayed here for one night. It is a very quiet town and only takes more than 40 minutes to drive from Heathrow Airport. The room is decorated in a classic style, full of royal style, and the bathroom is relatively modern. The flight was delayed and we spent two hours queuing for customs. When we arrived, it was already past the latest check-in time. Fortunately, we called the hotel in advance to explain the situation. Two staff members, Samara and Danielle, were waiting for us and upgraded us to Charlie II. World Deluxe Room, great experience! In the UK in July, it gets very early in the morning and is very cool. Even under a thick quilt, it feels a bit cold at night, so there is no need for air conditioning. Breakfast was very rich.

Warm and comfortable, the town is very quiet
