Hotel is outside the city. Good price for this standard. Good breakfast, nice relaxation area with two saunas. Free parking in front of the hotel. Nice service. Poor internet. I have nothing to complain about. When i want to go to Lublin i choose Hotel Premium. I recommend.

Yes yes yes! 5* I will definitely recommend it! The staff were excellent and it was so nice how Tetiana from reception got the spa open early for me to use before departure and after a 4 night stay she allowed me to check out at 13.30 instead of 12 which I was so happy about. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff speak good English which is important. The breakfast was delicious ai enjoyed salmon paste, pate, blue cheese and eggs with different fillings. The scrambled eggs were done how I like them. The spa was really enjoyable and is included but unfortunately there is no fitness room/ gym at this hotel. The location was peaceful around 10-12 mins drive from Lublin in the countryside. Nice view of the countryside from my room! If you have a car then it’s great cos you can park at their car park for free and drive to the city. The hotel bar is nice and it’s open until 10 daily , they serve nice beer like Carlsberg at a very reasonable price and the staff also speak English at the bar. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and I will be back again soon. The only negative was that the safe was faulty in the room which caused an inconvenience, maybe they should include more options on the food menu at the hotel bar/ restaurant because there were not many options

I stayed in the hotel on my way to ukraine. The check-In was friendly and fast, the room clean and nice. It's including air condition. The Restaurant is good too, the menu could be with a greater choice, but the quality and Price there are good too. The Breakfast Buffet has a wide range of variations and is tasty. So, if you are looking for a nice hotel near lublin - this one is the right choice.

Unfortunately, this facility is certainly not a 4* hotel. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. We went through two nights of stress, lack of sleep, and someone else's party. A misunderstanding, which they wanted to compensate us with a voucher, but for one night and valid only until the end of the year. The hotel is not at all for couples who want to experience peace and go for a romantic weekend. Moreover: - the restaurant 3/5 (the cheeks were oversalted, and the rice with vegetables was ready-made frozen, it did not contain saffron, which was indicated in the menu), - no towels in the spa (on Friday, we heard from the staff that we should take our own from the room, because the hotel does not have enough), - no bathrobes in the room and spa, - no hand or body lotion in the men's changing room at the spa for two days (generally, no one controls or actively takes care of the spa area), - no daily cleaning room (we had glasses from the bar from Friday until Sunday, the beds were not made, there was a condom under the bed), - loud party until 4:30 in the morning with a drummer and bass (we didn't sleep all night), - the walls and windows are not soundproof, you can also hear everything from the corridor and adjacent rooms, - no fridge or minibar in the room, - paper cups in the room, plastic in the bathroom, - no body lotion, - children throwing bottles in the spa, diving in the jacuzzi, - cold water in the jacuzzi. The staff tried their best, but there wasn't enough of it and they were overworked, - good check-in hours, - parking, - long spa and breakfast opening hours
