I booked a room as a treat for myself and my 7 year old son. We had a really lovely time. The room was spotless and the city view I had requested did not disappoint. Beds were really comfy and the room temperature was very pleasant. All staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We used the pool from 6 until 7 in the evening which was a nice quite time to go. The location was great for both walking into the city and out to Kelvingrove museum and park- both of which were only about a 20 minute walk. Allin all I could thoroughly recommend.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was great. The executive lounge staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the disappointment arose when I, as a Diamond member, had to pay to use the pool despite spending thousands of pounds at Hilton. This aspect was truly frustrating and might deter me from returning. Despite this, the hotel is lovely in most other aspects.

The hotel is great. Health centre/ spa& swimming staff were great. But the front desk was another story. Except for one male personnel seemed friendly in the morning, the rest of team seemed either tired/angry/ impatient from check-in to check-out. Will come back for the hotel, if my partner will deal with the check-in/ out next time

Lovely and efficient staff at the reception who happily checked us in early since our room was ready. The bed was super comfy and the room, spacious and clean. Love the Crabtree toiletries. A couple of downsides I hope the hotel can fix. One of the room’s electrical socket was giving out a ringing sound which was unfixable. Staff kindly offered to change our room but we were only there for a night, so we tolerated it. Another disappointment was we have to pay to use the pool, which was unexpected. Would have been nice if they informed us before we made the booking.

Last minute, overnight booking due to travel disruption and a late check-in with an eye-watering price tag of £209! This hotel is undoubtedly a high-quality establishment with a very impressive lobby.
Our short visit meant we didn't explore the facilities but again, plenty on offer. In terms of the room, definitely not worth the price. Stayed in better appointed accomodation for a fraction of the cost.
Check-in staff could have been more welcoming. Early check-out staff friendly and efficient. Would I stay again, doubt it. Just not into overpriced hotels!

The hotel room is big and the surrounding environment is OK. It is next to the viaduct. You can't hear much noise when you close the window. The road to the hotel is not easy to walk. It's a bit winding. The overall feeling is good.

The old man at the reception desk was very nice. But there might be some event that night. The second floor was full of people. Please note that the second floor is the floor leading to the entrance. The first floor is the gym and spa room below. No one told me because it was too noisy. There was a cocktail party that day. Everyone was dressed in formal clothes...
