The hotel is in a very good location and the entrance is great but the rooms are narrow and poorly organized and I really felt a bit disappointed and I did not wish the situation to be this bad. The parking entrance is very narrow for large cars and also the views are not as great as they should be

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Al Barsha during my trip to Dubai. The hotel offers a comfortable and affordable experience, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. The rooms were clean, cozy, and equipped with all the basics needed for a short stay. One thing to note is the location—while the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station, it is still manageable if you're comfortable walking or using taxis. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the city center by car, so it's a good balance between affordability and accessibility. Overall, I recommend Ibis Al Barsha for travelers who are looking for a cheaper stay and don't mind being a little farther from central Dubai. Great value for the price!

Rooms are too small and the toilet is too small as well

Great breakfast buffett. Appealing design and plenty of seating area in lobby to chill or work. However, a few points to improve: Bathroom shower drainage was below average, bathroom flooded after each shower. Wash basin should have a shelf to put amentjes

Slightly below Average experience of a 3 star hotel. I requested early check-in, high floor and slippers. Nothing major but it was requested 2 months in advance. So to my surprise it was not given and no communication given to inform me in advance. I had arrived around 5am and was forced to wait for OVER 7 hours to get a room. Absolutely ridiculous and to make it worse, as I was fasting in Ramadan, I was not allowed to be refunded for the Breakfast Buffet I PAID for in advance as I could not eat during 6am-11am breakfast timings. It took some time before the cafe staff very kindly allowed me to get a breakfast box to take prior. So I was quite appalled at the fact that those days I fasted without having Suhoor even though I had paid for it and no suitable compensation offered. Food quality was average, not fresh tasting at all.

The hotel's breakfast is very convenient and reasonable. The cleanliness of the room is also very good. But it is a little far away from the public transportation site, and it will be a little hot to walk to the hotel in summer.

The place is nice mainly the lobby area. No swimming pool although the photos of the hotel in Trip here shows there is one. They provide a shuttle bus to a beach called kite beach. The room wasn't the best Breakfast was good

I was initially given a room which had paint stripped off on a large portion (looked like something was moved or removed from there). I was given another room without creating any issue. Room was very basic, cheap quality soap and shampoo; couch mattress was from another room (mirror layout) and not matching in shape with couch. You have to carry your own luggage, porter service not there by default. If you have a lot of luggage, it can be a problem. There were flies in the Breakfast area. I was there for a week and I observed this daily. Once there was a fly in the milk in breakfast buffet. It did not feel like Ibis hotels in South East Asia; very poor condition. Internet was great ; in general staff was extremely polite just like any other Ibis.
