This hotel was very luxurious and decorated. It had a really close proximity to the East train station which is what my friend and I were looking for, and the rooms were really spacious and hi-tec.

But you kept saying something about system problems in front of the guests. Should this kind of thing be said in front of the guests? In fact, this is nothing, a small problem. But after contacting Ctrip to refund the price difference, I returned to the hotel to get the room card after a while, and the front desk copied and pasted the above operation again. Then the screen that made me angry and funny appeared. After confirming my new order, they started to say in front of me that the system showed a problem with the number of breakfasts. I was curious, is this matter so important that it must be said in front of the guests? As a former hotel practitioner, I can only say that this kind of service training is too amateurish.
