Location is really good. About 15 minutes walk from the ferry. Lebuh Kimberley is just opposite the hotel down the road with heaps of food choices and shopping. You can also walk to Komtar bus station to take the local bus to Penang hill. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. They won't allow early check-in, but they are happy to store your bags for early arrivals.

I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Location is very strategic, walking distance to most famous restaurants, attractions. Hotel room was ok, with wall mount aircond that easy to adjust room temperature, bathroom needs improvement. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location: 5 Star due to walking distance to many places of attraction, shopping mall and kopitiam Cleaniness: The bed sheet has red stains (not sure whether it is from lady menstruation) Floor ceiling: Too low for air ventilation, air-conditioning flow very close to guest. Our family got sick from that. The bed is comfortable, but the pillow provided is too soft and makes the whole night sleeping experience uncomfortable. For a single traveller is OK, but it is definitely not a good choice family with kids.

The location is the best feature of this hotel. It’s right in the middle of George Town between the 1st avenue mall and the jetty and wall paints, surrounded by lots of famous restaurants and bars. The bedroom is barely spacious although the bathroom is quite spacious. I think there are different room structures and we got a bad one. Amenities can be collected at the reception.

Really love the location of this hotel as it is walkable distance to all the tourist spot such penang art street, esplanade etc. Also nearby to most of the restaurant, cafes, 24 hours mart etc. The room is spacious and also love the rooftop of the hotel as you can see the view of georgetown.

stretegic location which is at the centre of the heritage attractions. easy access to the attractions by walking..... Friendly staff.

Would not recommend. I found a used condom under my bed. I headed straight to reception to let them know and the receptionist was so blaze about the matter. I asked for someone to remove it and to speak to a manager. Someone did eventually remove it, however a manger never came. Very disappointed with the service provided, and clearly not enough attention is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms being provided to guests!

Very near to tourism attraction. Would love to stay here again. The rooftop sightseeing was so satisfying. Love it.

Needs abit of update on the doors. Our friend had a room that does not lock and can be opened from outside
