3-Star Hotels in Genting Highlands

+ve: 1. Economical for quad/sixer room. 2. Short walk to the mall. 3. There's a small playground at the lobby, kids love it. 4. Room with cute design. -ve: 1. Initially given a room at valley wing. A very long walk from the lobby, inconvenient with young kids n stroller. 2. No air-con. Gets very warm in the afternoon. 3. Sticky floor and dusty windows. Toilet smells. 4. Room size is quite small. Not enough place to put luggage and stuff. 5. No cupboard. No storage area. 6. No main door for washroom. 7. Thin walls, can hear people in next room or outside. 8. Not enough clothes hanger. 9. Quad room but only 2 towels, 2 tooth brush, 2 slippers etc.

this trip book triple room, email to request for mountain view, and I really got it, just pay abit more, to book triple room, and it's much bigger and comfortable, upons arrival, just paid another 19 Ringgit, for ealry check in, get very clean room with mountain views, very happy with this trip stay, easy & fast check in, trip.com alwsys never fail me, will continue to book from trip .com, whenever I travel on free & easy. thank you trip.com and genting customer service. sorry forgot to take photo of the room, as in was excited with the mountain views.

Lift slow, sink water discharge slow. Asked for higher floor but given the lowest. Abit noisy as party going on at L5. Others are fine.

Location is good. Walking distance from a lot of food and convenience stores and there's no need to go all the way up to the mountain top. However, the cleanliness needs to be greatly improved. There were many cobwebs and spiders in the rooms. The sofa has a lot of stains as well as one of the bed sheets. Front desk service needs improvement as the 3pm check-in queue was roughly 30-40 minutes. Front desk staff are not very helpful as they are unaware of any of the hotel's facilities, events or amenities. Check-out was another disaster as the wait for the lift was on average 45 minutes. If you book the mountain room, there's a main stretch of road where much of the road noise can be heard all night. If you book the city view, you have to deal with the on going construction noise nearby. You're expected to keep the place clean and dispose of any garbage at the refuse room, but they didn't provide any garbage bags. Overall, its decent for a casual stay - a bed to sleep on, hot water to shower, small kitchen to cook instant noodles if you need to, free parking for hotel guests - but don't expect much else. No comment on the facilities as I didn't use them.

Mixed experience. Cleanliness can improve a lot. Toilet was left unclean, not flushed after previous use. Service staff probably didn't pay attention to that. Bed sheets maybe clean but had Bed Bugs Crawling underneath. Large TV with Netflix. Amenities provided were good. Air-conditioning remote fixed to the wall. Check in-out smooth.

It's the best and comfortable. very satisfied and very spacious. suitable for families.

Room is clean & everything is functional. Ambience was peaceful except for the noise by the construction nearby. However, checkin process shld be improved as first timer had to go to another building to claim the keys and await time at 3pm even though arrived early. Also no compromise on flexibility of late check out.

Everything is good except the floor. Is dusty as you step into it . That isn't much issuebover it. The only CONs is the Whatsapp customer hotline will never get to respond or answered to your messages even after 3days when I checked out.
