Went there for a family trip. Overall, the hotel offered decent facilities and amenities. Good service, keep it up.

The room is clean and the shower has strong pressure and water temperature is hot enough. The staff is friendly and explained everything in detailed. Slight inconvenience with the car park as we need to validate everytime we go out. The swimming pool is quite clean but the jacuzzi is overcrowded by young kids playing in there. The sauna is not hot enough and does not come with water pail.

Really enjoy the stay.the room is well managed and clean.good location.can easily find food.but keep in mind the hotel is not in walking distance to the genting theme park.

Overall is good as we like to choose a place near cable car station for short stay. Buffet breakfast is not bad considering the price.

Welcome gift in the refrigerator with a drank coffee with lip stick stains🤷🏼 room is indeed spacious👍🏼 Toilet not too bad, only have rain shower setting. Towel expected to have some kind of musky smell. Location not the best as require to walk uphill (5-7mins) by the road side, not suitable for family with toddlers. Pick up/ drop off point non-existent at the lobby(lvl3) grab pin point will only capture at level 1, must take note of this when grabbing. 😊

The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times. There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

Spacious room with a nice view. Close to eateries and convenience stores. Just 10 mins to Genting Premium Outlet and 20 mins to Genting Sky Avenue by car.

Highly recommended. Hotel spacious. The view and facilities too good. Affordable. Very nice stay if you choose this hotel. I’m lovin it.
