The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

During my recent stay at the hotel, I faced several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. Upon check-in, I was asked to provide a deposit of 1,000 CHF, which felt quite excessive and gave me the uncomfortable impression that the hotel staff doubted their guests’ trustworthiness. This was disappointing and left a negative first impression. Additionally, although the weather was quite hot, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning. When I raised the issue with the hotel, I was informed that the AC only operates during the official summer season, which seemed unreasonable given the high temperatures during my stay. On a positive note, I must mention that the hotel was very clean, and its location was excellent — close to all major attractions and essential facilities, which made moving around the city very convenient. Overall, while the hotel has some strong qualities, improvements in guest service and basic amenities are necessary to provide a more comfortable and welcoming experience.

We stayed 2 nights, the hotel did not clean up the room on the second day despite i put the sign please make up room.

We arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty. The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve. Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommened.

Good location. They didn’t accept coins when it tried to pay extra for the mini bar. Gym very small, with 3 people it was crowded

Good hotel

The service staff were very enthusiastic, so enthusiastic that they helped me fold the clothes that were thrown around and put them in the box 😂 The room was also very clean, and the sheets were changed every day. The breakfast was pretty good. Although it didn't change, I didn't feel sick of it after eating it for 9 days. Some room types have coffee machines but no kettles, and some have kettles but no coffee machines. You can take bus No. 15 to the city and the United Nations, and it's a 5-minute walk to the lake, which is quite convenient

The room is considered big in Switzerland. The hotel also sent an email in advance reminding me that I can get the Geneva transportation card for free, which is very considerate.

A nice room (upgrade) on the eighth floor with everything you need. Nice breakfast. Nice location because it is a short distance from the lake but less favorable from the train station.

The room is very comfortable and the price/performance ratio is very high! The breakfast is delicious and the service attitude is very good! !

The room is clean and the service is good, but the noise from the street is quite loud. The breakfast is average.
