Only thing that was an issue is the pool was not open. But I understand that they are doing some remodeling.

Nice Hotel, located on right place in Gatlinburg. We stayed for 3 night here when we visited smoky Mountains. It was comfortable stay. All tourist locations are nearby. They have free parking and breakfast was ok.

The hotel was in a good location and was very clean. However the people at the front desk were on the lazy side. They couldn’t be bothered to help in any way.

I booked a hotel three months in advance, but when I delayed the payment, I found that the hotel price on that day was 70% off the original locked-in price🙄
