The bathroom didn't look good because of rust, black and yellow stains on grouts and corner of bathtub.

Room booking included breakfast for 2. No breakfast was provided. Front desk service was pathetic. Big mistake booking this dirty motel … decision made to book due to closeness to LAX.

Didn’t even get to check in staff offered refund then after leaving the premises refused the refund to the booking agent

It's was average rated stay...far away from main attractions in Los Angeles, Main lift is too old and quite a scary. I stay two nights and not cleaning was done in my room, But staff was very helping. it's cheaper if you compare to othets hotel.

Overall, the place is worth the price. The location is great—very close to the airport with convenient transportation options nearby, and the property offers free parking, which is a plus. That said, it’s an older hotel, and the cleanliness inside the room is not very satisfactory—not because of poor housekeeping, but because the facilities are quite dated. I even saw cockroaches. If you’re just staying for a night to catch a flight or during a layover, it’s acceptable. Just don’t expect too much, as the price is on the cheaper side.

During booking, it was stated that breakfast will be served. However, in my son’s 2 days stay no breakfast was served. But instead a discount voucher at a nearby diner (DENNY’S) was given.

Decent place for the price. There’s some small businesses around like Denny’s, Starbucks and Jack in the Box. However, the WiFi only worked on the 1st floor. I was reserved to the 4rth floor and I was here for a few days. Myself and another person staying here told the front desk but there was no change. I’ve had to use my hotspot.

Good for a day travel. Nearby airport. Nothing to complain about. A bit old rooms.

I have been treated very badly by the manager, Prince (Indian origin). He scolded me, shouted at me and kicked my bag. There is a CCTV, I hope it recorded all. I was so stupid that i didnt call 911 when that happened. I almost had heart attack by his attitude and behavior as a hotel manager toward a guest. I hope he got fired by the management.

Absolutely rubbish. I added breakfast in booking paid extra but i was told they can only provide juice or coffee. No customer service they cannot even provide you water in room as complementary instead asked me to buy from vending machine. Absolutely rubbish. Rooms were like jail cells if you see from outside lobby.

I believe they should close or go for immediate remodeling.

Location close to airport. Hotel pretty old and upkeep is very bad. Counter service is very friendly 👍
