바닷가에서 한블록 뒤에 위치해서 밤에 폭죽때문에 시끄럽게 시달리는 일 없이 조용합니다. 방과 화장실이 넓어요. 단 1층은 밖에서 너무 들여다 보이는게 한가지 흠.
