The receptionist was really rude. The air conditioner was off even when we asked, the room was really hot and we had to open the window at night when we were listening to the noisy music all night. The lobby and different areas of the hotel were really smelly and the elevator was off so we had to take the stairs with our luggage to leave the hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel and I’m really surprised that they managed to keep it as a 5 stars hotel…

The hotel was very dirty. It was 5 star , is 4 star and will be 3 near future. Service not good. You should go to reception because telephone they don’t answer. Prices in restaurant buffet is even more expensive than Europe. The quality is very bad and cold food. Around hotel you don’t find any shop or restaurant. But - a la card restaurant very delicious and good.

The rooms are a bit small, the water pressure in the shower is not enough, and there is a smell of sea water. Although there are many choices for breakfast, there are not many that are truly suitable for Asian appetites. The swimming pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it was winter in Tunisia at that time and the outdoor swimming pool was not open for use, but you can still choose the indoor swimming pool and the gym is also good👍🏻

The first time I stayed in a hotel, I locked myself outside the balcony of my room and couldn't get back into the room. I don't know how the hotel designed it, but the balcony door would automatically lock when closed from the outside. Is this to prevent theft?
