A quiet place which not too far from the commercial area. Clean and tidy. Love it!

The unmanned hotel is quite special. You don’t need to bring a key. It’s very technological. There is quite a lot of space, which is good news for people with heavy luggage. Unfortunately, the washing machine is a little weak. It doesn't dry. It's weak. It would be nice if the spare parts could be laundry detergent. There is some laundry detergent left on the black pants and the paint is peeling off.

The room is very clean and hygienic, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the mattress is comfortable, the room is large, and it is no problem to open three 28-inch doors. It has a kitchen and basic tableware. It is about a five-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station. I am very satisfied with it. I will still choose to stay

The hotel is very new and has complete facilities. Eight people can stay in the same room. It is a great experience for a large family. I was worried about not having enough bathrooms at first, but the design of separate toilets, washrooms and baths is very good, which greatly reduces disputes. Bathroom problem 👍🏻.

The location is great, the room is big, it's clean and tidy, and it's suitable for a whole family to stay.

Check-in and check-out are a bit troublesome, but hotels with reception are more convenient

The furniture and equipment are very complete, very convenient! It would be better if there is a washbasin in the bathroom. You don’t have to go to the opposite bathroom to wash your hands after going to the bathroom, which is more hygienic.

I made a reservation for accommodation from August 1st to August 3rd, but I only received a voucher and I arrived at the hotel without any communication from the hotel and tried to check in. If I try to check in without a check-in ID or even a password at the front door, will I be able to check in? Someone else goes in and enters the hotel. After finally getting in, I contacted the unmanned hotel check-in machine, and only then did I get an email with my check-in ID. I really wish they would take care of it;;;;

There is a kitchen, so it is good for families with children. It is located in the middle of Tenjin and Hakata, 10 minutes by bus and 3 to 5 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket nearby, so it's good to cook. There are also restaurants nearby. However, between Tenjin and Hakata, you need to walk for about 15 minutes or use the bus for 10 minutes. It was spacious and comfortable, and it was nice to have a washing machine. However, the utensils seem to need replacement. (Frying pans, cups, etc.) There are no basic sauces (salt, oil). But all in all, it's the perfect place for a quirky family to stay.

At first, I was upset thinking that I forgot my time because of the missing password, but instead, the quality of the lodging is good, so it's forgiven. ^^ I used it well with my child and my husband.
