Very covenient location, breakfast is basic but okay. I hv eaten for 5 days still dont feel boring. Provide a lot of amenties (ladies friendly). Room size is okay for 1 person.

Very good hotel location, close to the Hakata station (around 15mins walk). Comfortable room, perfect size for 1 person stay. May feel a bit crowded for 2 people especially with big luggages. Room is well insulated and central aircon option becomes heater during winter. Very helpful staf, easy check-in and some amenities provided on the first floor.

Everything is great except for the size of the room. For the price I paid they even offered to clean my room daily. R&B Hotel is really a value for money hotel.

Overall is clean , but some of the facilities are aging. The air condition is centrally controlled so you can not adjust even you find it hot in the room during winter times . Location is fantastic , close to the station and the experience is nice

The lighting in the room is dim with only one floor standing irange light, so no bright enough to see especially for senior folks. Toilet is not as clean as to japanese standard. The check-in time is 3:00pm whereas many other hotels are 2:00pm. And the worst experience is their check-out time is 10:00am, so so early ! Again, other hotels are 12:00 noon check-out time.

The room is very small than expected which you cannot put a 28” luggage in the room No rubbish bin in the toilet and it’s very inconvenient But the location is still okay quite near to thenJR station

This hotel is in a good location near Hakata Station. The room I stayed in was very small. However, I was able to spend it without any inconvenience. Breakfast was simple, but the bread was delicious. I think that cost performance is good.

This is my second visit. It is close to the station and it is quiet at night, so I slept well. The room is not big, but I am staying alone, so I was able to unpack my luggage, wash up, and just sleep. It was very satisfying for the price.

It's very close to Hakata Station and my boss reserved a non-smoking room and was very happy with it. It's a convenient, affordable, and clean hotel near the station.
