Please be prepared that it's a hotel with a long history, so don't expect one with very fancy facilities. High cost–performance ratio, with 5 minute walk distance from metro station to Hotel.

The room is slightly small but it worth the stay for short term due to great location. The hotel is located at the busy street which is accessible to lots of restaurants and convenient store

Fantastic location, and the service was excellent. I didn't have any meal in the restaurant, but breakfast is always excellent, and the atmosphere and service are great. Spotless room and bathroom. The lounge area is spacious and beautiful as well. I highly recommend this hotel, and it's the one I always stay at when I'm in the Tenjin area. Highly recommended for a female solo stay as well.

We arrived around 21 pm. The stafff on duty made us check in using the check in machine with his assistance which was very odd as he need to help us and there was no others. The room was really small and out-dated with no proper closet space and if I knew that was that kind of room, I would have booked a budget hotel. I will not go back there again.

the front desk made us do self check in - if a staff is going to be around, why do you force this? service was so much better last time and I will not come again.

A very elegant and grand retro style hotel with good locations, rooms was spacious for both of us in japan & everything was just fine.

This hotel is much better than expected!! Though it is relatively old, the service is exceptional and the room size is relatively large compared to other hotel rooms in Japan!!  For location, it's only around 3 mins walk to Tenjin station~ If you take taxi to airport, it's roughly 2600 yen! There are Mcdonalds, Yoshinoya, Starbucks and many other breakfast options nearby and a few shopping malls like Parco, Daimura and shopping centre like 新天町 and 天神地下街 around the hotel!

Clean hotel and great customer service. Location is superb and there are many eateries around. 5mins walking distance from train station and the underground shopping is good too! Highly recommended.
