No problems at all during self check-in & out. Very good location with public transportation, local restaurants (tasty!) and convenient store around. Clean and spacious room in Japanese standard. However, the room layout and facilities are not that reasonable: - two fridges in the room - you have to sleep next to one fridge if sleeping on the extra bed - again, if sleeping on the extra bed, you have to move out all things from that area - no space for luggage to be open all the time. i have to place them near the entrance - good to have a washing machine. but no space and not enough hangers to hang up the wet clothes

The hotel is in a good location, a seven-minute walk from Tenjin Underground City. The accommodation environment is also very quiet. The facilities in the house are complete, including washing machine, refrigerator and kettle. The only drawback is that the area is too small. It is a bit crowded for a family of three, but it is not bad for two people. The bed is 1.5 meters. Go through Yang Guofu's alley and you will reach Tenjin Station.

The location is a 5-6 minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station, the facilities were good, there was a washing machine available, and the price was reasonable. Check-in was also good, although it was unmanned.

Overall, it was clean. The only exception was a kitchen knife (it didn't matter since I didn't cook anyway) and a spare blanket that covered the outlet, so it took a while to find it. Also, the outlet was too far away and the location was vague, so it would be better to have a long cord or a multi-tap! The spare blanket was full of dust. The location is close to Tenjin Station and LaLaport is really close by foot. There are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, treatment, and body wash, but I recommend bringing your own toothbrush because it doesn't fit well. The hair dryer was hot and dried well, which was nice. They gave me plenty of towels, so I don't think you need to bring your own. And the most inconvenient thing was that there was no Wi-Fi... No, it just didn't work... So I couldn't use YouTube, Netflix, or my phone comfortably. Despite that, it wasn't bad. There were many good things, such as the comfortable atmosphere, overall cleanliness, the fact that there was no room key and it was in the form of a password, so you don't have to worry about losing it, and the fact that there was a smoking area right below the entrance of the hotel, so I think you can use it with reference to it!

Somehow, there is one more blanket besides the one already laid out. There are 4 more pillows. It would be okay for two people to stay, but it might be a little cramped. Not a bed. It is an apartment-style, so there are 3 on each floor. You have to enter a password every time you go in, so it's annoying. There is no noise, it's clean, and it's quiet. It's in an alley?, so it's a little scary to walk around at night, but go there by bike~~~. I couldn't take a picture, so here's one in the alley on the way to the accommodation.

The transportation was convenient, there were plenty of places to eat, and the rooms were clean and very nice. Next time I'd like to stay multiple nights.

The hotel does not have front desk service, you need to check in yourself, my friend and I had filled out all guest information submitted before arriving, so the check in process was very smooth, 2 minutes was done, the room number and room password will be displayed immediately. The hotel is quite convenient, take a taxi from the airport to the hotel in ten minutes, the taxi fare is about 2500 yen, Tenjin South West Railway Station is not too far from the hotel, about 15 minutes walk, there are 7-Eleven, drugstore and coffee shop near the hotel. The hotel room has 20 square meters, in Japan is quite large, clean and tidy, towels toothbrush bath towels disposable slippers and laundry supplies, the room also has a washing machine can wash your own clothes, but only 4 hangers, friends together to wash clothes not enough hangers, and no place to dry clothes. Overall this hotel is still worth recommending and will consider staying again next time I come to Fugong.

This was my first time staying here, but the room was clean and nice. I hope I get a chance to stay here again!

I am thankful that I can open my suitcase. It's nice to have a TV, but there aren't many channels. And it was nice to have a washing machine so I could wash my sweaty clothes on a hot summer day and put them in my suitcase, but I stayed there multiple nights and couldn't ask for more supplies. I think I could have asked for more towels below. On the first day, my phone was turned off due to lack of battery, but it was nice to be able to check in with my passport!

The room smelled bad and the smell from the washing machine made me feel sick.

It was close to Tenjin and after a day of eating around, I was able to relax and stay overnight! (^人^) Thank you very much (^人^)

I checked in using a tablet at the hotel entrance, which was quite a hassle. There was no trash can in the room. At night, I could take a taxi back from the PayPay Dome for about 1,700 yen.

First of all, the check-in process is quite confusing. You have to enter your guest information in advance and scan the QR code at the entrance to enter. You can only enter after 3pm, and there are no staff, so it may be difficult if you're not used to it. But it's like a normal apartment building, so it has everything you need, and the bathroom is a normal apartment bathroom. It's quiet at night, and there's a convenience store just a short walk away. It feels more like a weekly apartment than a hotel.

The location is a bit ambiguous. It's a 7-10 minute walk from the station. However, there are two convenience stores nearby. The facilities are very satisfactory. It's warm and the shower room is clean. The hot water comes out well. The room is bigger than expected.
