The room was not clean. Not even providing the things to make tea. The receptionist was very rude. Overall, not a good service. Not recommended.

The worst hotel that I have been in my stay in Dubai. Very dirty, lots of small roaches, bedding not clean, pillows smells so bad. The staff are not a listener to complaints or request. They are all rude except to the 1 hotel porter. Definitely I will not recommend to my friends who are travellers.

I really didn't want to stay there for a moment. But it was late at night and it was dark around. I thought it was even more unsafe for a girl to drag her luggage outside, so I had to make do with it for one night. But I didn't sleep well all night. Because of noise, hygiene, environment and so on, I didn't dare to close my eyes all night. At five o'clock in the morning, the sound of morning recitation came from the mosque not far away. I didn't rest well all night. Oh, it was a very bad stay experience! I suggest that Chinese people, especially single women, should not book this hotel. It's a very bad stay experience! I don't know if it is safe. There are dark alleys around. The hotel parking lot is relatively spacious.
