It’s beyond my expectations. I love this place so much will definitely be back again! Good spread of breakfast.

Was upgraded to a huge 4 person suite because weather was acting up so I think people cancelled. But nonetheless was happy with the resort. Didn’t stay long (only one day) but would want to stay more for the ammenities (tennis courts and such). Location is not convenient for anything else to be honest, requires a taxi or a booked bus service to get to town.

The family suite is great for a family of 4. Decent space for everyone! Breakfast buffet spread is good as well! Value for money

Good if you drive, not for taking public transportation. Breakfast good, can see Fuji mountain from breakfast restaurant. Room spacious.

The location is more suitable for driving to, much like being in a forest resort. Although the rooms show signs of age, the space is very spacious and comfortable. While it's a bit inconvenient to walk a distance to reach the hot springs within the resort, it can still be considered a pleasant stroll.

An old resort, room was alright. But it's a bit noise. Heaters works great to keep the room warm. No coffee served as room amenities. Mt fuji can be seen from the breakfast area

Fuji premium was overall a great stay, the location is a bit out there away from everything else. Hotel includes many activities though such as a pool, arcade, tennis, and a shop. The dinner and breakfast buffets are amazing and highly recommend. There is also, provided transportation to and from the main bus station.

The hotel upgraded the double room to a quadruple room. The room was a bit old but it seemed that they were trying hard to keep it clean. The light in the bathroom was too dim and a bit scary. The coffee table was beautiful in one corner. The carpet...some of it needed to be renovated. The wooden floor was very comfortable and clean.

The location is a bit remote. It's not very convenient to get in and out. I booked it because I wanted to find a large room with four single beds. I didn't expect the location to be inconvenient before I went there. Other facilities are OK. Clean. But the location is not good. You need to walk to the parking place. It will be troublesome when it rains.
