Considered good for the value as the package come with buffet style breakfast and dinner plus additional service like onsen, free float liquid for dinner, complimentary coffee, drinks, snack, free shuttle bus and library for selected time. Easy to get there by using red line bus just a very short distance of walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English. The only con is the building very old, a bit run down, it's time for them to consider refurbishment, but overall it is clean.

Nice place but it’s easier to access if you drives. You can call the hotel to arrange shuttle bus pick up. They provide snacks at their lobby during check in hours.

Great stay, provided service for pick up to and fro hotel. Staff can communicate well in English for tourist visitors. Hotel room is comfy with a lake view and the tatami was really good that both my husband and I had a good rest. Free flow of snacks at the concierge area. Amenities such as the onsen is available at certain timing and was great. The buffet dinner provided both local and international food as well as free flow of alcoholic drinks (sake, beer, whisky). Overall it was really a satisfying stay.

Nice trip! We love Onsen and Kawaguchiko lake scenery from the window.

Buffet breakfast was very good, plenty of food to choose. Hot springs have outdoor and indoor. We all enjoy! Free shuttle bus to station in set time, also very convenient! Staff were friendly and helpful!

Excellent hotel with traditional style. The location cannot wake up to see Fujisan, but few minutes walk is not that bad!

For dinner buffet, the food feast good but should have more meat with more menu

The room is good the pure hot spa is good it’s very relaxing. 

Polite and helpful staffs. Japanese foods are very delicious.

Old traditional hotel with lake view and onsen

The hotel can’t see Mount Fuji but the view of Kawaguchiko lake is just so good. The breakfast provided is damm yummy, and a lot of choices. There is a traditional room of tatami style, is super comfortable. Just the only bad is the hotel location I felt like quite far from the station, and hard to get taxi during night time. The nearest restaurant from the hotel have some distance, I suggest to having dinner in the hotel will be more convenient.

Some corner has spider webs. But overall, amenities basic and good. Hot spring decent too. View from the hotel is lake and not mt Fuji. Place is old but well maintained, relatively clean. Transport is very convenient using a public bus
