I booked the room at the last minute due to flight delays. Bed was very comfy and breakfast superb. Overall, I would book again, however the room they gave me was dusty and they forgot to provide shower gel. If i wasnt too tired i would have asked for a room transfer.

Fantastic room! Enjoyed the lovely indoor pool. Easty access to public transportation. Great supermarket just right next to the hotel.

Fantastic for short transfers, as within a few minutes walk one you collect your baggage

The room is specious and good with king size bed, but no coffee machine is provided or water, you need to be a member in their Honor program to have complementary water for drinking or coffee, which i see is big downside for Hilton . Nowadays even 2 stars hotels provide free water and coffee machine! I waited around 50 minutes to get 2 bottles 😰 in morning i requested 2 they delivered only one and poor guy said it is complimentary. I think to stay in this hotel you need to be equipped with water otherwise you will suffer thirsty.

17 hour layover in Müchen and I couldn’t have asked more from the hotel. 7 minute walk from border patrol officers. Easy checkin, clean, quiet, and luxurious stay. As someone who stayed in Germany for 3 weeks traveling before, I’m so glad they provided English channels on the tv. The WiFi was free but spotty.

Airco in the rooms is too weak. Less comfortable in hot days Othe then that, very good hotel. Not cheap....

Great location for catching a flight out of Munich airport. Literally no service whatsoever. I left something behind in the room and two days after having contacted the hotel, no answer yet, either way. Airport 5-star is always like a 4-star somewhere else. So manage expectations.

Last minute booking due to missed connection. Easy and functional hotel. Very convenient location.

Be careful! Husband and I forgot something so we returned to our room after we were downstairs for less than 15 minutes. At the door handle, our ‘privacy’ sign was still hanging there but was covered by ‘housekeeping’ sign. And one maid was in the room! Although she said she was there to clean the room but it’s ridiculous as I believe it’s every hotel’s staff 101 to know what the sign means. There’s only one sign there too so it’s no way to confuse. Anyways we let her did her cleaning before we packed our stuffs back into the luggages before we left the room again. There’s a man talking to her in front of our room, who then turned to ask us if everything ok. He said he’s a staff so my husband told him about what happened but he kept saying that no one would get into the room when there’s the sign hanging. Even when my husband showed him the sign that still hanging at the door, he kept repeating the same sentence for 6 times! Without saying any other words! Is he a robot, I wonder lol but that made my husband stop wasting the time with him and we left. At least, the maid said sorry to us at the end.

The amenity is not informed about the location. There is nothing mentioned in the room about the location of the swimming pool or spa etc.

Beautiful hotel. Attached to terminals 1& 2 of Munchen Airport. Easy access. Very friendly front desk staff. When he learned it was my wife's birthday, he gave us complimentary breakfast.

Excellent stay in Hilton. Service is nice the food choice at breakfast is very delicious. The complementary shopping mall connected to hotel makes the stay very enjoyable and convenient.

It's completely next to the terminal. Room was very clean well desighed, staffs are exceptional as well
