Hotel was quiet and just next to the train station. Very convenient to get food and within walking distance to the town area for sightseeing and hiking. Did not have breakfast @ the hotel. Receptionist was helpful with recommendations for food and hiking options.

This hotel have a good area not faraway from train, bus station and food shop. Good service and good staff. This hotel also have elevator and fridge.

The room was so cold and air conditioning is not working. Bed width is like kids bed!!

Location 10/10 . So handy for taking trams or trains or just walking into the town. Stayed here 4 nights. Had a twin room with fridge. Small shower room but adequate and the shower was good. If only this hotel got rid of the horrible stained carpet in the room it would be perfect. We didn’t have breakfast - 21euros seemed a bit over the top when there are so many cafes nearby.

Very convinent to stay , just beside the train station , clean and convinent room with basic amenities .

The location is ideal, as it is right next to train station. In the train station, there are also eateries and supermarkets, so it is really convenient. It's a good base if you plan to explore Freiburg for a few days.

The noise is intolerable, both from the train station announcements and the staff who will talk non talk at the corridor as if they have nothing to do for 3-4 hours in the morning, and start very early like before 8am when I was still resting. Staff will also knock on the door for no reason or attempt to open your door, one day i had it locked so it was not successful, and one day they came in when I was in the toilet. Please educate your staff that if they have nothing to do, please go somewhere else to chat, and they could well check with the reception if the visitor has checked out yet if they want to go in. I had the 'do not disturb' tag on the door the whole time. The bed had a lot of black and grey dust/ debris on it, I don't know what they are, the towels are grey, the room is very small. The bed mattress is like decades old that your body actually collapse into the bottom when you lay down. Basically it is one of the worst experience ever in all my trips.

No amenities supply. Bath/shampoo ran out. Phone didn't work when I tried darling the front desk or housekeeping.

Walking distance to some of the tourist attractions. L, and just beside Freiburg train station. Free wifi connection and the room side is ok for me. Amenities like cleaning gel and safe are provided, but there is no kettle.

The washing room smells terrible, and found some hairs on the bed, location is good, just next to the train station.

Stuffs are really friendly but the room is a bit old. Feels like living in a cabin in a cruise
