The stairs were hard for us without elevators. It was also very hit bc the ac was not turned on for the season, but thankful it was turned on the 2nd day. The laundry room was also helpful to have, but the dryer did not dry well at all. No housekeeping services.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel and room were modern, clean, and well maintained. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and explained the hotel's convenient self-service amenities, including lockers and a station where guests can pick up extra towels and other essentials. The only downside was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Fortunately, the hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary earplugs in the room. Considering the prices in Florence, this hotel offers great value. It's conveniently located next to Firenze Campo di Marte Station (when we went back from Pisa, we got off from this station and just a 5-8 minute walk.), with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach both the city center and Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Station. When I booked this hotel, there weren't any reviews here, so I hope this review helps.

Absolutely stunning apartment, location, amenities. We will definitely stay here again. So easy to get around and not too far from the fabulous sights, bars and restaurants. Close to the Piazzale Michelangelo which is an amazing platform to view across beautiful Florence.

The room environment is good, but it is a bit far from the central station. It is troublesome to carry large luggage. It is not too far from the surrounding attractions, you can use double footsteps, it is a good choice.

Everything was wonderful, the only thing that had a little difficulty with the ride: it was better to send emails or messages to the phone in advance with a warning of what would be necessary for the ride. Otherwise, everything was great

The location is great, just a few steps next to the Church of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room is small and the facilities are new and clean. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, because the check-in date was my birthday and they also prepared a delicious little cake for me👍🏼

The hotel is located in a rather old alley, with buildings that are hundreds of years old. There are luggage lockers on the first floor. The housekeeping staff are of Mexican descent and have a bad attitude. There is a free laundry room on the basement level, but you have to notify the hotel manager to open it if you want to use it.

Clean, new, great location, we only got around on foot. The room has almost everything you need. On the ground floor there's a kitchen, luggage storage, and an ironing board. We had trouble checking into the hotel for a long time until we could connect to Wi-Fi. I recommend downloading the app and registering in advance. We liked everything except the darkness in the room. The window overlooks a skylight, so there's very little light in the morning, making it hard to wake up.

The room is very good, the hotel is just outside ZTL, convenient for self-driving people (the hotel turns right for one or two hundred meters and there is a parking garage, 15 euros a day)
