From start to finish it was a perfect stay! In particular Guila, Luigi and Adriana were amazing and went above and beyond with the hospitality! It was our first time in Florence and everything was more than we could ask for. We also went for the Sunday brunch buffet which we would recommend and well worth the price! Location perfect and we could hardly hear the tram going past.

This hotel has the best location with lots of delicious restaurants nearby ! It’s almost close to a number of attractions which made our trip more convenient. The staff is fluent in English and there’s an open area for guests to rest. Having a free water station and hot drinks machine are definitely a plus on top of the spacious room!

However, the design of the shower room is slightly inconvenient and may cause water overflow, but overall it does not affect the accommodation experience. The top lounge on the sixth floor has a view of the Florence landmark building, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, which is absolutely outstanding. There will be barbecues and bars in summer. Breakfast is a highlight here, and a hearty breakfast on the second day is definitely not to be missed. The rich Western breakfast selection, coupled with exquisite presentation, brings a perfect start to the day. From the environment to the service to the dining, this hotel undoubtedly provides travelers with an unforgettable stay experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. There’s an elevator, so you don’t have to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. When you open the window, you can see the street view. The room is not big, but it’s clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern, and the shower has good water pressure. It’s a great value-for-money hotel—highly recommended!

Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

This hotel has no disadvantages except that there are very few mold spots on the bed (which does not affect hygiene), the bathtub is so big that you need to crawl into it, and the mosaic tiles inside have not been changed for a long time and are dirty (not because of attachments, but because they are simply too old). In the cheapest room, you can have: two bathrooms, a full set of living supplies and cooking utensils, and all kinds of things. Anyway, basically everything you can think of is available. For example, a drawer can have four or five different types of pots, all of which are very clean. You can buy things and cook in the house, and it is not a problem to have all the things for a long stay. My friend and I also found washing machine cleaning effervescent tablets and laundry beads on the last day. Because the weather was very hot, we washed a lot of clothes. The washing machine and dryer are very advanced, and because there are not many rooms in the apartment, there is not even a peculiar smell of other people's clothes. Because it is an apartment-style management, if you need cleaning, you have to contact the official WhatsApp in advance, and then they will send someone to clean the room. If the bed is softer, it will be a sure kill, but this time I slept very well. Don't mention how comfortable it is to wrap yourself in a bathrobe. Super good reviews, I will consider staying again next time!

First of all, the location is the best. Since it is a rooftop, the sunset and sunrise with the Duomo in the background from the terrace outside the window are amazing. However, it is a hotel, so there is no front desk, which is inconvenient. When checking in, there is the inconvenience of having to make an appointment and meet. They keep telling me to call 30 minutes before arrival, but how can I talk to a local? I am so nervous that I have a migraine. After taking the elevator up, I have to go up the stairs to the attic. The man who came to pick me up helped me, but my wrist ended up getting hurt. I briefly wondered why I had to pay this much money and go through all this trouble. During the 4 night stay, 2 people had 2 regular towels and 2 body towels. They said in the email that it was enough, but that was all. They didn't give me more. It was hard to flush the toilet. They didn't even tell me how to turn on the boiler, and they left without turning it on, so I woke up in the morning with a stuffy nose. It's not that hard to turn on the boiler, but I was upset that it was turned off after I checked in. Anyway, the view is amazing.

Brand new hotel that is quiet and extremely clean. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the ”Cosy Terrace” and it was right next to a school so you could hear the kids playing during the day. It was Cosy, not a huge room but super cute. The outside terrace was nice to get outside and sit. The breakfast was delicious with a full menu to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect location for our second time in Florence. Loved this authentic, gritty neighbourhood. Since we were driving the ease of the attached subterranean garage was a blessing. So user friendly which ensured a totally seamless check in. The “Hell” themed garden room was epic! Creative interior design and a large space for all our suitcases. We loved listening to the birdsong in the mornings. We dined in the restaurant one night which was amazing!! I had a celeriac dish that was so delicious I wish the portion had been three times the volume! We’d been driving around Italy for five weeks by this point so for vegetables to feature on a menu in this way was much appreciated.
