Extremely beautiful hotel that I didn’t expect with this price, looks like a scene from the movie. The host was super nice, literally made me feel at home as a traveller coming alone. Room is decent and clean. Perfect

The location was too far away from city to enjoy it. The room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were okay but some of the soap had been used by other guests.

The hotel is not located in city centre. It takes 20 mins to walk to attractions. Check in time is fixed (after 2pm). Check out time is quite early, 8-10am. They don’t have reception. Staff would only be there until midday.

Hi I checked out without a service and car parking to be paid on the street only... I would not come again...

Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent.

Easy and flexible check in, nice neighbourhood 12 mins from the centre. Attentive personnel, pristine all around and very comfortable beds.

We checked in at 10:10pm and checked out at 6:30am , both time there's no one at the reception. Location is OK, very close to the bus stop. Room is medium clean, a bit damp and dark
