Although it looks a bit dated, it is very clean, like living in Florence a hundred years ago. Everything is very good, the service is also very good, the location is also very good, and the view is also beautiful. Everything is great, the only downside is that the internet is a bit poor, and the shower water pressure is unstable

Good place to stay in Florence. Very close to the Church. And you would have a breakfast with great view. It’s worth to stay in although the facilities a bit old.

I stayed at Hotel Villani for 3 days! Worth it! Walking distance to the major attractions such as Santa Maria del Fiore, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Basilica di San Lorenzo and more. The staff were friendly! Room size was okay, enough for the 2 of us. The view from the Terrace and breakfast room is amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

The location is great, rooftop space for breakfast is excellent. And staff Lorenzo is by far the best hotel staff I have had in Italy, he was very kind and supportive.

Location is really great and the beds are comfortable. i think thats about it. The complete hotel is on the 4th floor with the room having a damp smell and the bathroom extremely small. Apart from that the hotel didnt provide us parking even though we said we had entered the ZTL zone. Why would you open a hotel in the ZTL zone if you arent providing the parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of the unwillingness of the staff to help you

The hotel is located in the historic center, right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. If you can get a room on the north side, you'll be able to see the cathedral from the window, especially at night. This is probably the hotel's biggest draw. I booked it after seeing this on Ctrip, and the price is quite reasonable. If your room doesn't have a view of the cathedral, don't worry; you can still see it from the hotel's attic or terrace, and enjoy the bright Tuscan sun during the day. Otherwise, the hotel's facilities are rather old and lackluster, but overall, they're acceptable.

Although it wasn't the Duomo view room I was expecting, I could see the palace's clock tower outside the window. Also, it was great to be able to eat breakfast on the terrace with a view of the Duomo. The room was clean and the staff were all friendly.

I took the tram from the airport and walked from the nearest station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella St.) to the hotel without any problems. I took the old, narrow elevator to the 4th floor, where I was greeted by a friendly hotel staff member and shown to my room. The room was very small, and the shower room/toilet was also very compact. It had the bare necessities so it was not a problem for me. I heard the breakfast area was nice, but unfortunately I was only staying overnight so I couldn't go. The hair dryer was simple, so if you are particular about hair dryers, you may want to bring your own. The location is great, but considering the quality of the room, I feel it could have been a little cheaper.

The location was very good, we could see the Duomo from the room window. Breakfast was also luxurious, but the check-out time was a little early.

I have been to Florence four times and this hotel is my favorite! ! It's really less than 100 meters away from the Church of Flowers, three minutes' walk to Piazza della Signoria, and five minutes' walk to the Uffizi. The location is really great! ! It's a convenient location for sightseeing. The staff were all very friendly.

We stayed for two nights. It is right in the center of Florence, which is very suitable for friends who come to Florence for shopping and eating. The decoration style is very retro, the breakfast is super rich, and you can also take a tray to eat at the terrace bar upstairs. It's a real pleasure to have a drink with friends on the terrace in the evening, next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, overlooking the night view of Florence.

The location is really great. The best!! The view of the Duomo and Florence from the terrace was a work of art^^ The bathroom needed a little more cleanliness, but it's not a problem! All the staff are friendly and the facilities are adequate!
