It's my first time staying here and the hotel service was exceptional! Their room was comfy and the breakfast was modest. Highly recommended for everyone to stay here when you are in Florence 🥰🥰

Decent location right next to the station, across the bridge. The room was clean and tidy.

Staff is very cordial. Owners themselves meet n greet visitors. They go over and above to ensure customer needs are met.

We stayed here for one night as a family of 4 with two young children. The room was lovely but the staff were incredible, they were so helpful, made our children laugh and made our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend. The location was perfect for us, close to a tram stop but also within walking distance to the centre of Florence:-)

Great location just next to the tram stop a few minutes walk from SMN. Next to the train tracks so noise can be a bit of an issue. Breakfast was nice for what it was. Room was spacious enough for a single traveller and would be okay for a couple as well. Staff member Sara was divine and offered super great suggestions on where to get the best gelato, although I had already been to a few which reassured me she definitely knew her stuff.

Very happy to stay at this hotel, all staffs are friendly and helpful. Had little trouble with the room, but the staff fixed the problem straight away. Thank you.

Hotel is near the railroad station which is good and bad. Train can be heard, there is not so much near the hotel. The hotel probably has the largest room and bathroom among all hotels i stayed this trip in Italy, but the worst breakfast period.

The reviews are lies. I think many are written by the corporation. First of all, it is in the WORST location possible. There is NOTHING around it but trains. There was NO air, there is NO LIFT. The website is dishonest. The "buffet breakfast" consists of scrambled eggs, yogurt and cereal. The beds were terrible. There was a microscopic old tv up on the wall. The "balcony" consisted of a ledge with a small plastic table and an ashtray full of cigarette butts. I could NOT stay there and they refused to refund any of my money paid up front because "they had already received their commision." They told us the city tax could only be paid in "cash" which was a huge red flag. We left and went to another hotel. SAVE yourself the heartache and all the money. Sadly, the ladies how worked there were very nice.

Good cheap hotel for 2-3 nights in the center of Florence.

The owners of the hotel really show what hospitable means. U will not regret staying there. Within walking distance to station, nearest being Rosselli. Santa Maria Novella is less than 10mins away. Breakfast was good as well.

Good value, easy to walk to the train station. Never could get the wi-fi to work though. Betta was helpful and very friendly giving me advice on where to go/ eat.
