The only downside to this hotel is the very bad sound proofing for the room with a connecting door. Don’t advice people traveling with family to choose this hotel because we hear clearly the “passionate activity” next door all night. It was a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, location is good and the overall cleanliness is good. Choose wisely!

Very spacious, location is great , many restaurants and bars nearby , quite lively at night. Might be a bit noisy when people are high with drinks . Just that the water pressure not strong enough . Otherwise I enjoyed my stay :)

This is the hotel we chose for our family trip. It was very close to the Florence train station, so the location was good, and the breakfast we had for two nights was also good! We arrived early in the morning because the check-in time was 4 o'clock, and they even stored our luggage, and the staff greeted us whenever we saw them, so we felt good. Maybe it was because the weather was starting to get warmer, but there were one or two mosquitoes, but there was mosquito repellent in the room, so we were a little less worried!!

It's just across the street from the Central Station. It's quite quiet overall. There is a balcony with a view of the city. It provides luggage storage for guests, which is very good. However, there are no tea cups or coffee machines in the room, which is a fly in the ointment.

The decoration of the hotel is very unique, especially the small elevator. Originally, I heard a strange sound in the room, so I went to ask the front desk. The service staff was also very considerate. They went into the room with us to find the source of the sound, and finally made sure that everything was safe before leaving. Except for the bath towel being a little dirty, overall it was pretty good. :)

The location of the hotel is near the train station, very close to the Florence Pavilion. It is convenient to visit the exhibition. The retro elevator and warm service are very good. The breakfast is on the roof, which is not bad

I stayed here on the last night of my business trip. The elevator was an old-fashioned one with a fence door, which was very old-fashioned. There are many hotels in the building, one next to the other. The front desk is very small but the service attitude is good. The room is small but clean, tidy and quiet. The overall feeling is like living in an old house in old Europe. The most important thing is that it is very close to the train station. It is worth experiencing!

Excellent hotel, convenient transportation, 5 minutes away from the train station. Also very close to all important sights. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. I will book the same hotel next time.

It's very convenient near the train station. It matches the picture. I like this kind of old-fashioned retro house. It has a small balcony, which is very comfortable and has breakfast.
