What a location!! Absolutely brilliant. The location was perfect close to train,bus and amenities. The service was brilliant and the breakfast was fantastic, so much more than what we expected. Everyone was very happy there which added to our experience. The food around the area was perfect and all the sights within easy walking distance. We loved our time here

The location is very close to the station and there are a lot of people coming and going. I felt bad when I entered the hotel. It was a basement and smelled bad. It was really the worst hotel in this European trip. The room was very small and dirty. It was a bad experience in every aspect. The front desk was quite friendly, but the conditions were too bad. It was said to be a four-star hotel, but it felt like a two-star hotel at most.

The room is big and clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is rich, it is the best hotel I have stayed in this trip, the location is close to the train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, very convenient

I stayed in a big room, which was nice and had great service, although it was provided by the elderly. It's a five-minute walk to the Cathedral of David and Fiore

Typical European style, comfortable, not big, and retro. The location is very convenient. You can see the train station nearby, and car rental is also near the train station, making travel very convenient.

The overall environment is quite satisfactory, clean and tidy. The more surprising thing is its convenience. It is about 1km away from most attractions and less than 500 meters from the railway station.

The single room is very small, the breakfast is so-so, the location is very convenient, and you can walk to some famous attractions. The room hygiene is not good, don't expect too much.

I missed the last train from Florence station to Milan and they quickly prepared a room for me. It was very helpful. The owner was accommodating from late at night to early in the morning, which made me feel at ease.

The hair dryer in the room had some problems and couldn't be used, but everything else was OK. The hotel is also close to the train station, making it convenient for travel

The environment is not good. The facilities are 30 years old. Very old. The electrical appliances and toilets make noises in the middle of the night. Environmental degradation! !
