It has a nice view!

Bad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton. 1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm. 2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately. 3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.

A bit far from city Centre, so we took a taxi. There is a great shopping mall next to hotel. Restaurant service is not good , choice is very limited

situated near the Tram station, there is a free transfer from the Hotel to the nearest tram station.

Good location but hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean and spacious.

Everything was great, and the hotel will take you to downtown with bus only for 1.5 EUR and every one hour, the hotel is nice the staff are are nice too

Great service and nice room! Room had nice Crabtree amenities too. Recommended!

Good hotel but a bit far away

It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.

The air conditioning was always on, even when I turned it off and even when I opened the window, which meant it would turn itself off. The bathroom was full of plaster dust residue; some work had probably been done before my stay, but it wasn't cleaned very well.

The room is nice, but the location is a little off. The waiter is very friendly

The room is OK, but the price is a bit high.
