Decent service, decent location. However I would suggest the hotel to do some renovation for the bedroom 🥹

An excellent 5 star in a fabulous locatio. Service is warm and professional and the room was exceptionally well appointed. Breakfast room with excellent service and a very good choice.

The staff is very nice and there is a super handsome guy at the bar. The hotel breakfast is normal. It's not too delicious but it's okay. The room is well soundproofed and the bathtub is very narrow. There is a spa below.

The location is good, but the room we booked is different from the one we were given. The room has a very high narrow staircase. People with bad knees and legs would be miserable if they stayed in such a room! The room was cold and gloomy, even though the temperature outside was over 20 degrees. Especially at night, you would be woken up by the cold. The small bottle of drinking water provided for free was only 200ml at most, and it was only delivered at night. A female staff member at the front desk should be from the management. She looked friendly on the surface, but seemed to discriminate against Chinese people. Her attitude towards Americans staying in the hotel was different! When we asked her why the room was not the one we booked before, she immediately became unhappy. She ignored us for the next two days.

The location is very good, you can walk to the Uffizi, the Cathedral of Flowers, etc., very convenient. Because the hotel is located in the old city, the house is relatively old, but overall the experience is good.
