The location is superb. Breakfast is great with a number of varieties like pastry, cold cut, fresh fruits, dairy milk and yoghurt, etc and a magnificent view. Responsive service from front desk during check in/out and restaurant. Mattress is so hard compared to other 4/5 stars hotels in Italy. I have booked double room which comes with 2 single mattresses aligned to each other. We also smell some old furniture smell in room.

Spectacular location in Florence with a superb view on the city, highly recommended to impressed friends or a loved one!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and within walking distance to the attractions. There are also many Asian supermarkets and Chinese restaurants around. The most important thing is that it is very close to the beef tripe buns in the Central Market!

The hotel is very close to the train station and the transportation is very convenient. The environment, facilities and services are definitely the style of an old hotel, and it feels like an old movie. My room is on the first floor, the same floor as the banquet hall. There are some old photos hanging on the wall. I don't know if the people in the photos have lived here. It feels like a time traveler. The breakfast is average, but the scenery is excellent. Every shot is a beautiful view. The hotel front desk is on the 0th floor. The reception staff was very elegant when I checked in. They gave me a bottle of red wine and all the drinks and snacks in the room refrigerator were free. I realized the reason the next day. The room was at the end of the corridor and far from the elevator. The key is that some rooms on this floor are being renovated, especially the room opposite me. The construction started after 9:30 in the morning. Because I only stayed for one night, it basically had no impact on me. In short, I will definitely book this hotel next time I go to Florence.
