The location is superb. Breakfast is great with a number of varieties like pastry, cold cut, fresh fruits, dairy milk and yoghurt, etc and a magnificent view. Responsive service from front desk during check in/out and restaurant. Mattress is so hard compared to other 4/5 stars hotels in Italy. I have booked double room which comes with 2 single mattresses aligned to each other. We also smell some old furniture smell in room.

The hotel is in a great location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the train station. It's been a month and I'm speechless when I think about it. Ctrip's service is really good and handled it overnight in time. But let me tell you about the weird operation of this hotel.
