The staffs gave different information. My friend and I asked about a water box provided in the room was free of charge. One person said it does, the other said it was'n free. The towels are not in the condition of a 5-star hotel. overall it s quite good but not a 5-star hotel

Had a lovely and chill stay in a great location of São Paulo nearby everything you need! I wish there were more services available and they were pet-friendly as well but nonetheless I would absolutely stay there again!

On the morning of the second day of my stay, my credit card was charged with BRL 3048 by a Tango Tur Agencia. The tour guide helped me check that this company was located in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil.
