Perfect location in the central old town of Florence on the Arno, close to the Ponte Vecchio. [5 Stars] Stylishly furnished hotel in a classic Italian style (interior design of the hotel and the rooms) [5 Stars] Large room (414) [5 Stars] Competent, courteous and friendly staff at reception and in the service (luggage and dining room), without being intrusive [5 Stars] Delicious and plentiful morning buffet (incidentally; linen tablecloths and napkins) [5 Stars]. My expectations and those of my brother were more than exceeded. ...we would love to come back to the ”Hotel BERCHIELLI”... The location is first-class, the environment is very good, the breakfast is comfortable, and the service is absolute. This hotel is really not a good place to go on a business trip, and I like it very much. But the facilities make people feel uncomfortable, although the owner should be sincere. The air conditioning system seems to have cost a lot of money, but guests cannot control it themselves. They need to contact the front desk every time and it starts very slowly, which makes people feel troublesome. The lights in the toilet are so bright that you probably won't be able to sleep if you go to the toilet at night. There were bugs in the room. I saw an electric mosquito coil, but I didn't think it was bedbugs. Fortunately, I didn't find any itching problem after staying for two nights. The front desk clerk checks in and sends you to your room after completing the check-in process. Haha, it feels weird. If the hotel and room facilities are quite satisfactory, you don't need such service. The curtains in the room are also weird. The outermost layer is half-opened. Haha, the shape is unique. The wardrobe is also weird. This is the first time I am so confused about reviewing a hotel. Overall it is good, but I feel that many places are a bit strange. So I canceled my last night's stay and moved to another hotel.

Beds were very comfortable junior suite nice sized. King bed and single bed in a separate area - bathroom in between. The bathroom was nice sized and very well appointed. Shower over the bath and was powerful The only down side in the bathroom was the shower door - it is very short so it didn’t prevent the water going onto the floor. On the first nights - no tissues in the bathroom bed not dressed properly but - saw housekeeping supervisor on duty the following day - different level of room servicing - the sheets changed, tissues in the bathroom, plenty of towels etc. plenty of shower gels/ shampoos and body lotions every day. Such a difference when supervised Breakfast was basic enough with hot scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and toast. 3 cereals, 3 cakes, and 3 types of croissants 3 juices and 2 T/coffee machines. Plenty of condiments available. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant

Please remove 'B&B' from the name. This is a very nice hotel. One of the best during my travel from Pisa to Venice (by rented car). I was in a bad mood when arriving at the hotel after trying to get there using Google maps. Firenze must be one of the cities in the world with the highest number of one-way roads. After driving in circles for 1,5 hours we found a valet parking at the central station and walked the last 600 meters (or so) to the hotel. Cool air in the lobby. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good in english language. Supported the very best with all our ”stupid” questions. The room was nice and clean. The bed a bit hard, but that's the same all over Italy. The breakfast had it all I could ask for - except espresso in the machine, but you can always have a 'coffee americano' and consider it to be a really huge espresso. And, yes. It's not anything special with this hotel - wherever you are in Italy you will have a lot of bread to eat. Crispy, soft, toasts, buns, muffins, croissants, in pie versions or more but always yummy). We stayed one night only but have to come back and why not to B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus Al Duomo.

Lovely room with a view to the side street. Very clean. Comfortable bed and sheets, blackout curtains, and sound proof (1 block from Ponte Vecchio and my window overlooked the side street with a fair amount of foot/vehicle traffic. Was missing a phone and the water runs not quite cold and not quite hot at the extremes. Front end staff are attentive and available 24/7. Breakfast buffet was really good, staff were welcoming. The best part for me was the rooftop terrace which had really special views; I had coffee and the most perfect chocolate lava cake. Close to the crowds below so if you want to join them you can. Trattoria restaurant a minute walk from the hotel had excellent food and wine. Conad grocery is just across the river, as are two laundromats, and Roberto Coin Jewelery is at this end of the Ponte Vecchio.

The location is excellent, you can walk to the train station and Santa Maria del Fiore Church in less than ten minutes from the hotel. As soon as you enter, you will find that the hotel lobby and dining area are connected. The room decoration is very new, and it can be seen that every part of the room and corridor has been designed with great care. The facilities are generally complete, with USB charging ports on the wall and free drinks in the minibar, which is a better experience for short-stay travelers. The breakfast service staff is friendly, but there are not many varieties, and omelettes are charged extra. Overall exceeded expectations, recommended

The hotel was comfort and clean,the breakfast is full of diffrent foods. The hotel it is 8km away from the center city but there is station of train nearby the hotel to go there.

Few minutes walk from the station past McDonald’s (exit the station from the left). Hotel is set back so can easily be missed. We had a room for three, one double bed and a low camp bed. Rooms made up everyday and towels changed frequently. Wardrobe with plenty of hangers, safe, complimentary water in fridge. I asked if we could have a kettle and this was no problem. Bathroom quite big, shower cubicle with toiletries. Lovely white, big bath towels. Great location for lots of great restaurants and only minutes away from attractions. Rooms are quite warm but there is air con. Breakfast consists of yogurts, fresh fruit, breads, croissants, scrambled eggs and great coffee. Hotel staff are so helpful, even printed out our tickets for one of our trips. Would stay there again, next time exit the train station from the left!

very close to the sm firenze station and easy to walk to everywhere. standing shower, but the tile and floor is a bit dirty. Close to the santa maria novella church

The location is very good, you can walk to the Uffizi, the Cathedral of Flowers, etc., very convenient. Because the hotel is located in the old city, the house is relatively old, but overall the experience is good.
