Fenghuang Hotels with Pools

We had the best service of our trip at this hotel- they truly go beyond and above. It was only a 15min Didi from the train station, also the bus shuttle from HSR to the city is right in front of the hotel. The location is perfectly situated at one side of the main bridge, but a nice 5min stroll away such that you are away from the noise on the main strip (in front of the river). Also, no mosquitoes. We initially booked a riverfront hotel but I am SO glad that we changed to this hotel after actually walking the whole tourist strip on foot. Legit the cobblestones near the river are terrible, and cars can’t get in so it’d have been a nightmare. Next, Xiao Dai （小代） who helped us and the manager were all so sweet. 小代answered all our WeChat questions extremely promptly (literally 1-2mins), and when we asked about the free laundry self use machine onsite, she offered to have us leave it in our room and do it for us so we could go out and explore. I thought this was truly above and beyond- she picked the clothes up from our room, washed them (separately as well for colours and whites), hung them and sent us a photo, dried them and returned them to us folded and freshly laundered. We were simply floored by this level of service. They are so so so kind and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for their kindness and eagerness to ensure your comfort during your stay. We stayed on the 7th floor in a suite and it was very comfortable- the bed itself and pillows were just right. Sheets felt high quality, pillows not too stiff and high, duvet was fluffy and nice. I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower and vanity- the soft but bright filtered lighting for the bathroom vanity was amazing for getting ready (for the girls who are sick of hotels with dark lighting and can’t do their make up). The room was spacious and although some aspects were a bit outdated, it was clean large and comfortable - we were so happy with our room. They also gave our group of 3 girls 4 room cards which allows for each card to breakfast. The breakfast ayis were so nice and made eggs freshly your way when asked. The cucumber and radish pickles were yummy and we really liked the corn soup and congee as well as all the vegetable dishes. The selection was good for us, as we like clean and simple, easy to digest and nutritious foods in the morning. Oh yeah they also sent us to the HSR on check out without charge, in the hotel’s car. They were so prompt in getting us to the HSR and the driver was really considerate, safe and careful. Literally the most calm drive we’ve experienced in China. Side note- the gym is massive and looks largely unused but the equipment is good, there are weights and cables and everything. There’s also a pool table and table tennis. A yoga room complete with a good amount of gear and mats.

1. The service is very enthusiastic and patient. There is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the ancient city. There is also a housekeeper who can explain the three museums in the courtyard. There are many treasures in the three museums, which are worth seeing. There are also free fruits for check-in, which is very considerate. 2. The room is clean and tidy, spacious and bright, ventilated and breathable. The homestay has a yard with many flowers and plants. The air is very fresh. The attitude of the staff is also very good. I will come again if I have the chance. 3. The room is very comfortable. Now the weather is relatively cold and the air conditioner is turned on for us in advance. It is very considerate. The staff are also very patient and the service is very good. I am very satisfied with this experience.

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

The hotel is very good with a nice big clean room. It provides shuttle bus service every hour between 7:30 am to 14:30 pm from hotel to train station. But no pick up service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The problem is its location. Me and my friend arrived at train station after 6pm. There is no taxi waiting for you. We waited for 30 minutes and finally shared the taxi with another 2 people. After checking in , we had problem to find a taxi to go to the center of ancient town. Although the staff helped us to call the taxi , it took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. If you can have enough time or you have car, I recommend you to stay here. Otherwise, I suggest you to stay in the center of town.

When we arrived at the B&B, the room was as beautiful and warm as the picture. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the modern and simple decoration style. The various facilities were beautifully arranged and the surrounding transportation was convenient. The most important thing was that the lady at the front desk of the B&B was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. She also recommended many delicious and fun places to us, which was very good! ! A very satisfying stay experience, recommended! !

The children were full of surprises when they entered the house. In the words of the children, this house is really low-key luxury and connotation. Hahaha, indeed, when they entered the hospital, it was a normal residential area, but when they entered the house, it was unexpectedly big. It should be a party hall before. Especially suitable for several families with children to live together, children have fun

The hotel has advanced facilities. Not only is the whole house intelligent, the small T controls the whole house, but it also has direct drinking water from the pipe. The room is very spacious, bright, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The service attitude is very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the stay experience is excellent. The breakfast is rich and varied to meet the needs of various tastes. The transportation is convenient, the hotel picks up and drops off at the station for free, and can also directly send to the scenic spot and the ancient city. The experience is so good, I will choose this hotel next time.

Location: Quiet in the bustling city, next to the elevator of Fenghuang Lansheng Station, suitable for guests with luggage who don't want to walk too much. 10 minutes walk to the ancient city. There are many restaurants nearby. Room: Clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The bath water is a little weak. Bathing in the bathtub is very comfortable. Breakfast: There are rice noodles, whole grains, buns, cakes, etc., which are enough for me. There is a pick-up service, 20 minutes away from Fenghuang Ancient City High-speed Railway Station. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic.

Facilities: There are small robots to deliver things, and the rooms are all smart Hygiene: very clean Environment: There is a Miao clothing store next to the hall, and the hall is high and grand. Service: It’s really great. The front desk service is warm and smiling. The reception staff are super nice and will help with the luggage thoughtfully. I was too embarrassed to ask them to help with the luggage, so I refused. The weather is cold and they will give me a cup of hot tea. I told them thoughtfully. Where can we find fun and delicious food? I’m really satisfied. It’s a great experience.
