The owner of the hotel is kind and helpful. You can contact him via Wechat if you have any questions travelling around the area. They provide recommendations on places to eat or visit. There's a shortcut to take the shuttle bus to the high speed rail station. There's a small bridge near the hotel that you can walk out to go to restaurants or shops outside. The dinner provided by the hotel was good. Rooms were big and suitable for families/groups travelling together. Only wish there was more plug points to charge devices.

I loved the location- a bit further away from the very busy center on a quiet street by a canal, with a beautiful stonebridge right in front of us. The guesthouse is overgrown with pink flowers, a small courtyard where the host was offering a dinner buffet for his guests which was also very tasty. The room had comfortable and clean beds with an enormous bathroom ( you actually went through the bathroom to get to your bedroom, which was a bit odd, but perfectly fine ) The city center by the main river in August can get really crowded and quite loud so we appreciated it very much to be a couple of minutes walk away from it where it was calm and quiet

This hotel definitely lives up to the photos! It was stunning! While we were there it snowed, making everything more magical! The room was very cold but the manager gave us an extra duvet and heated blankets. The bathtub wouldn't fill properly which is the only reason for not getting all 5 stars. The manager is super friendly and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and was always ready to help!

Great experience! We arrived very early and were able to check in with no problem. We were given an upgrade in our room which was perfect; very spacious, clean and comfortable. Also we were offered dinner in the courtyard of the hotel, very delicious! Finally the owner helped us with all our questions and was very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

I don't know where all these good reviews come from. The house is terrible and only worth 100. There is no decoration, the water is not hot, you can't take a shower, the furniture is worn out and it is far from the river. The walls seem to be surrounded by aluminum plates. I want to change the room. If there is no room in the middle of the night, I will not live here.

I am quite satisfied. There were some minor misunderstandings in the middle, but they have been resolved. I just didn't get to eat the food cooked by my aunt. It's a pity. Fenghuang Ancient Town is also very fun and lively at night. It's just that the schedule is a bit rushed. I hope to have a chance to come again and eat the food cooked by my aunt.

The room is quite big, but the suite outside is really dispensable. The good thing is the bathroom, which has a large bathtub, so my bubble liquid can be used. It's really comfortable to take a bath. But the hot and cold water in the shower is too difficult to adjust. It's either cold or hot. Finally, when I left the review, I had stayed in four hotels. Theirs was the only one that woke me up in the morning. Of course, it was also the only B&B. It may be a common problem in B&Bs. I could hear clearly that a family said the key was broken and they couldn't open the door early in the morning.

The location is in the ancient city. Someone came to pick me up. The people in the store were very nice. The dinner was really delicious and there were many dishes. The children had a great time eating. The environment inside and outside the store was very good and I loved it.

The room is very good, but the soundproofing is a bit poor. I hope it can be improved. The boss is very gentle and will actively solve any problems if they arise.

For dinner, the boss prepared Hunan-style food made by a local aunt. It was nice to eat together. There were free Miao costumes to borrow from the accommodation. The environment was also good. It was only a few minutes' walk to the river.

I also walked around the ancient city. The conditions of this B&B are definitely good, and the location is convenient for tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. Because it was raining and the stairs were slippery, they moved us to a balcony room with a nice view outside the window. There are two issues that need to be mentioned. First, the sanitary conditions are indeed not up to par with hotel standards. There are stains on the toilet seat (the stains on the front are lighter and I took care of them myself, but the back is really dirty). There is no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. I don't know if I forgot to put it or if it was not provided (because I brought my own, I didn't ask the boss to ask for it). Another thing is that there is no bottled water in the room! ! ! Apart from the fact that I have never seen a hotel or B&B that does not provide water at all in foreign countries for a long time, when I took a shower at almost 12 o'clock in the evening and found that there was no water, I was heartbroken. Although I later learned that there was a water dispenser at the front desk, I could use it myself. Receive water, but I didn’t bring my own water bottle, and I had to go down from the 3rd floor.
