Location: very near 凤凰古城 entrance, 20-30mins ride away from train station. Food: plenty of food restaurant nearby Service: super friendly and helpful staff, due to limited access to DIDI for car ride to train station, staff helped to call taxi and book in advance on behalf. Room: comfortable and clean, dry and wet toilet is separated. Overall: great stay with this hotel.

Comfortable room setting, nice breakfast, clear and neat.

A very new hotel that is in a superb location. An area for improvement is to add a sheltered link between the main and back buildings. It happened to be a rainy day. Besides walking from the main building towards the back building (where our rooms were) with our big luggage cases, we still had to struggle using the room card to unlock the building door; all in the rain.....

The counter staff are very helpful and patiently listen and provide very good advise to all the enquirers. I wold especially give a big thumbs up to 小吳（hope I have the name right), she shows professionalism even after a tired night shift..

The housekeeper is good and efficient, however the service from the check in staff is just normal.

Location were excellent, rooms were clean but the hot water was not sufficient, needed to turn all the way to be suitably warm.

I just want to discourage you. I had high hopes before I came to Fenghuang Ancient Town. There is only this one Four Seasons in the center of the ancient town, and the room is small. It is really uncomfortable to live in a hotel below 30 square meters. The rest of the hotels in the center are homestays. I would never consider homestays. The homestays in the center are surrounded by a small river or a small river. The roads are very narrow, and there are people dressed in Miao costumes everywhere to take pictures. It was so crowded that I couldn't stay there for one night. It was too depressing. Until today when I arrived in Furong Town, everything was normal. Furong Town has been clean all the way from the high-speed rail, and the road is wide. The waterfall in Furong Town Scenic Area has a great view, and the road is also clean and wide. Only when I see such a comfortable place can I feel like eating, drinking and having fun. Furong Town also has Miao costumes for shooting, but they are not like those sold all over the streets in Fenghuang Ancient Town. It feels like there is a salesperson every 5 steps, and you can imagine how crowded the tourists and salesmen are. If I have the chance, I will never go to Fenghuang Ancient Town again, and will only come to Furong Town. I've posted the photos of Fenghuang and Furong for my friends to refer to.
