Took the high speed train from Zhangjiajie West station to Fenghuanggucheng station and bought Cny7.00 shuttle bus A2 to City North Tourist Center located at Nanhuali shuttle bus ticket station. The beautiful and patient lady owner picked me up at 11pm and helped me to pull my luggage to the homestay located in the centre of Fenghuanggucheng while giving information on the history and places of interest. I stayed for 2 nights from 11 to 13 Nov. Delicious daily breakfast was prepared and served by the lady owner who is always happy to give suggestion and guidance. Room on the 3rd flloor was big with disposable face and bath towel provided. Washing machine was available and laundry can be hung outside my room or open area on the 3rd floor. I am happy with my stay!

The owner lady is very friendly, very kind, helpful and attentive . The ownder speaks english and also uses translation app for communication. She recommened a lot of tourist spots and helped me arrange a pickup with my next hotel. The homestay is located in the ancient town. Room is very big and clean. I love my stay there and will definietly revisit if i have a chance to go back again.

Facilities: We booked two standard rooms, and both were upgraded to the third-floor parent-child room. Thank you, boss. The facilities are complete and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Hygiene: The boss lady has made some suggestions on the small details and has made some rectifications Environment: It is quiet in the ancient city, very close to the night view of Tuojiang River, and very convenient to walk. Next door is the home of the former richest man in the ancient city. The handicraft shop opposite is affordable and not inflated! Service: This is a famous inn owned by local sisters. The service is warm and professional. They said they are planning to open a bigger and better store outside the ancient city! The famous hostel sister made delicious local rice noodles for breakfast😋

The accommodation environment is very good, quiet and warm! The boss’s service is super patient, and he has detailed explanations of some unknown local cultures. It’s very rewarding! By the way, drying clothes on the balcony is super convenient

I didn't have high hopes for the accommodation environment. I just booked this B&B with the mentality that it would be enough for one night. When we arrived, the store lady had already turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance, which was a considerate service attitude. (I have been to the ancient city before, so I didn’t ask the store to pick me up). The environment is clean and hygienic. Because the B&B is located near Thean Hou Temple in the ancient city, there is no hustle and bustle on the riverside. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle. It is very good to have a rest. It is also convenient to visit the ancient city during the day.

Lanxin B&B happens to have parent-child rooms (large and small beds), which is a great advantage! Location: The B&B is located in the ancient city, with a good location. It is very convenient to visit the ancient city and surrounding areas. Even on the night of the Spring Festival when there are many tourists, the surrounding environment is very quiet. Service: Before we arrived at the ancient city, the beautiful boss contacted us in advance and personally picked us up at the tourist service center. On the way to the B&B, she enthusiastically introduced the ancient city's attractions and history to us, and also gave a detailed introduction to the ancient city and surrounding tourist routes and hotels, showing her affection for the ancient city in her enthusiasm. Facilities: The homestay is fully equipped and provides disposable towels, bath towels and other utensils. The boss also provided the local specialty ginger candy for free. In summary, we recommend that families of three who need accommodation with twin beds and who want to live in the ancient city and experience the culture of the ancient city should be given priority.

The room was very clean, and there was breakfast. It was a few minutes away from the parking lot and a few minutes away from Tuojiang River. It just avoided the crowds and was very quiet at night. We misjudged the size of the large bed and couldn't fit in it. The landlady was very generous and arranged an extra room for us at a super discounted price.

The room is spacious and located in the center of the ancient city, a 1-minute walk from the riverside. It is quiet in the bustle. What I want to mention in particular is that the boss is so enthusiastic. He picked us up at the station when we left the ancient city, walked with us all the way in, and introduced various kinds of dishes. The boss himself made rice noodles for breakfast! It was my first time to stay in a B&B. I followed the navigation and walked in the alley when I arrived at night. I was a little scared, but I arrived in a few minutes. It was very beautiful and atmospheric. The bed was also very comfortable. I put down my things and went out for a walk to see the night view. It was really shocking and beautiful. It is quite quiet here at night compared to the riverside. There are many people on the riverside taking photos at night. The bed I stayed in for two nights was very clean and the room was very hygienic. I can rest assured.
